We have owned on island at beachfront property for over 40 yrs and needed to stay to meet with contractors after hurricane Ian but unable because of destruction to be in our own home It was very convenient and helpful to have nearby accommodation Thank you Michelle for your lovely comforting home

All that you could ask for

The property is ideally located, in the heart of the village and close to the beach. The unit is very comfortable, well appointed and well stocked with everything that is needed to enjoy your vacation. It felt like home from the moment we arrived.

Wonderful

We wished we could have stayed longer!

This was our second stay in this property and we could not have been more pleased. It is well appointed and nicely equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Boca Grande. Michelle is a gracious hostess, very helpful and a responsive communicator. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely stay in early March. The location is perfect, around the corner to restaurants, shopping, down the street from the beach. Townhouse is very well stocked, and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Boca is lovely. Highly recommend.

Great townhouse right in town and close to the beach!

The townhouse was clean comfortable and well stocked with anything you might need. The beach, great restaurants and a wonderful corner store are all a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Townhome absolutely fab!

This beautifully decorated home where everything is new, feels bigger inside than it looks on the website. Very comfortable for my family of four, 1 block from the beach and town, had two golf carts, kids can drive at 14, carts were great entertainment. My husband and I had our coffee/wine daily out on the balcony watching all the traffic go by. Michelle the owner, could not have been more helpful especially when I locked my purse inside as we were racing to the airport. We highly recommend!

Accomodation and Service extraordinary

My wife and I enjoyed this fresh and tastefully decorated town home for a week. The location was ideal and the deposit payment, check-in and deposit refund process nearly transparent. We followed the owners golf cart rental suggestion and were not disappointed, nor will you be. Don Hutchinson

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Getaway!

Park Place, #3 is beautifully decorated, with attention to many details such as bedding, towels, furnishings, needed supplies, etc. We were impressed that many staples were provided as well. The owner, Michele Wolfe, responded to any questions we had immediately, making our stay relaxing and so enjoyable. The property is in an excellent location, a short walk to the beach and anywhere in the village of Boca Grande. We never used our car once we arrived and walked or bicycled everywhere. We look forward to returning next year, thank you Michele!

Exceptional

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property, not to mention the owners!! Everything was exceptional!! The townhouse is beautifully decorated, right in the heartbeat of town. You can walk everywhere and super close to the beach!! Michelle, the owner was so nice to work with and very personable!! I would highly recommend this property in Boca Grande!!
