This was a wonderful stay, my sisters and i had a great long weekend bonding. Fyi, its a third floor walk up, lots of stairs, this became a bit of an issue with one in the party (bad knees). This is listed as a second floor because the building is on stilts and the first floor has no units, but you are still climbing 3 sets of stairs. Very clode to beach, right across the street.

Garden City Condo

It was a very nice condo. Two minute walk across the street to the beach. Everything went by very smoothly. Condo was fully equipped with everything needed. Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles. But I aced it and did ok. Would stay there again. Recommend this condo.

Great week

We enjoyed our stay. Parking is a bit tough but the room was spacious and set up nicely. There was a broken kitchen chair and a sink that didn’t work but they came a few days later to fix it. One bed was a bit squeaky and the master needed a blind on the window but overall nice place in a great location! Lots of counter and kitchen cabinet space which I appreciate when loading with groceries.

Place was in a great location. Comfortable We did fix table outside as very wobblyHad to clean washer 2 time's before use lots of mold around edges. Need to leave door open when not using to keep that from happening.Would book this again

Condo near beach

Great location! Needed a good cleaning! We had to Cover the furniture with Spare sheets coated with dog hair. We had a Ford 150 and the parking was very tight. Beds were comfortable and the beach was just across the street.

The condo was cleaned up prior to our arrival. Great location as it was close to my sisters house on the beach. I would say, the outside furniture is old, not like the picture showed. The beach chairs while it was very nice to have for guests, were old and some were very rusty. The coffee maker was gross, the garbage disposable didn’t work. Loved the refrigerator tho. Two kitchen chairs were torn as there were blankets covering them. No biggie but just make sure the pictures match what’s really inside the condo. The AC filter was so dirty and gross. Again, needed to be changed and new prior to our stay.

Property was relatively clean overall. Beds slept well. Few items that were not up to par... disposal broken, dishwasher ran on floor and white couches dirty and definitely needed changing out.

2025 Summer Vacation

My family and I come every year and generally stay in ocean lakes resort. This year my oldest son graduated and we had to push our vacation back a week so I booked a little later than usual. I was nervous about being out of the resort. I found a house I loved but they denied my stay due to not having reviews on Vrbo because i genuinely book directly through the resort website. I stumbled across this place and it sounded decent. We arrived and we had a few minor issues but I contacted the guest contact email and I was contacted immediately and my concerns were addressed right away. The cleaning staff that was sent out was very polite and personable. The condo is cute and very close to the beach. I would definitely rent again, the only thing I would say is the parking is not great if you have a large vehicle or you’re maneuverability is not on point.

Spring break at Garden City

The condonwas neat, clean and included everything needed to enjoy a stay at the beach. The location is right across the road from an access, which is convenient. The 2 separate bedrooms was perfect for our family, and while the super soft bed in the master was not great for me, (I'm a Sleep number 90!) We made it work. Some maintenance and painting was going on while we were there, so parking in the remaining spots under the building was a little tricky, but not impossible. There was no carpeting, which is a plus for me on cleanliness, and the place was decorated in a modern beach style. We would definitely book here again!

Parking was horrible. Disappointed that golf carts weren’t allowed. Advertised 2 parking spaces for each unit, then was told they only allowed 1. The umbrella on the deck was broken. When it rained, the parking lot turned into a lake. But, overall, the condo was nice.

Was ok after first day

When we checked in the bedding in master bedroom was just tossed in the bed, unmade, bathroom rug was up in the sink, food left in refrigerator. Called and they did come and make the bed, said they didn’t have the right size sheet, rug was still left in sink and food in fridge. I left a note telling where the food was so they could take it instead they took my 2 new pizzas that were for supper, called and the man made excuses but did bring us 20.00 the next day, the coffee pot didn’t work so he brought us his from his office which was very dirty. After all this was fixed stay was ok.

Breezy Beach Getaway

The proximity to the beach was great, as was the size of the accommodations. We liked that we had our own laundry, as well. There was ample parking. We loved the kitchen. Issues included the fans not working, and issues with the televisions. Directions for use (TVs) were supposed to be in the condo, but never were. The remote control to one of the fans was missing, so we could not turn that one on. The Evolve team was attentive to our needs with most of the issues. While the condo was clean, the furniture was NOT. The white sofa and chair were both very dirty, stained, and worn, which made it difficult to get comfortable. When we stripped the bed in the master bedroom on check-out day, as the directions asked, we noticed large stains. Honestly, we were grossed out. I don't think we'll be staying here in the future.

Great place

We booked last minute due to the COVID situation - very good price, awesome location (across the street from main row of beach condos), top floor very quiet! It is very roomy and accommodates easily a family of 4. Everything you need is here. Would definitely go back!
