To begin, THIS HOME IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately, the host Cami was deplorable. First, I was given the incorrect gate and code entry instructions for the gated community. I called and text but did not receive a response until after I had to follow someone into the wrong entrance. I later informed Cami of the correct gate and instructions after I had to find out on my own. She never acknowledged this or apologized for the inconvenience. Upon entry, I immediately noticed that the refrigerator was not working due to the 2 bags of melting ice in the freezer and hot cans of soda in the fridge. Once Cami finally responded (via text) I attempted to call her, but she told me she was on another call. Once I was finally able to speak with her, she was very condescending, laughing telling me that she was just at the house yesterday and the fridge worked fine (she did the same thing regarding the code before I found the correct gate and instructions) It wasn't until the evening of day 2 (5p-8p) that she was able to get someone out to look at the fridge. She then told me an untruth that the technician told her the fridge was working fine. But per my daughter, he told her that he reset the fridge and "it should begin to cool down" which it did not. Day 3 I informed Cami that the refrigerator was still not working, she basically treated me like everything I told her was a lie. I informed her that I had planned brunch and dinner, but those plans are spoiled. Bad manager experience.
