VRBO strives to be transparent with guests at every stage of the booking process and do break down all rates and fees before the reservation is confirmed. - We were confused by the comment about a lack of chopping boards, there are three built-in chopping boards, and in the cabinets, there are three additional portable cutting boards. We provide six sets of kitchen tongs in various sizes, but we're sorry to hear you missed them. - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's stay, we followed up with our cleaning service and they confirmed that the oven was cleaned prior to your stay. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address any issues or concerns you may have had, we would have been more than happy to address them immediately. - We take our listing accuracy seriously and can confirm that our listing photos depict our property accurately. However, we have since had the upstairs repainted and installed new carpet, we have a new leather love seat in the downstairs living room, new lamps have been added to the upstairs family room and we have installed a new comfort height toilet in the powder room. - The exterior entry stairs were never unsafe, however, we have since had them replaced. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
