2つの独立したベッドルーム、2つのフルバスルーム、各部屋にクイーンサイズのベッド。
大きな部屋と素敵な内装のリビングルームに加えて。 独立したかわいいオフィス/研究エリアがあり、ドアを閉めて逃げて仕事を終えることができます。

Rod is an awesome host. When we arrived everything was like clockwork. Condo was clean/comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. There was a couple small cosmetic things that needed maintenance. Looked like he had a bad renter that damaged some things. But overall it was great. Rod was kind and caring and we would love to stay again in the future. Beds were comfortable ❤️

Great place, great owner.

Very clean house that was set in the perfect area. So close to shopping and food and literally only 10 minutes from the beach! I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in the area!

The property was very spacious and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly! Rod, the owner, was very nice to speak to and easy to reach if we needed something.

Find a different place.

4 pm check in, absolutely no early check and you need to be out by 10am. Very inconvenient! The condo is very nice but the area is not! Trash on every corner, loud music and marijuana smoke at night, car's in and out all night. It's advertised as min to the beach when it should be miles, it's a 15-30min drive depending on traffic. 3 TV's in the condo but only one in the back bedroom has any programming, tried contacting the host several times but didn't here back for hours and was told to play with the inputs?? Their going to charge you for any extra people over 2 even though there's only 2 beds! I have never experienced this renting a place on VRBO. The host's main concern is his parking passes, as that's all you'll here from him (several times). Clothing articles found between the mattress and wall, really wonder how much cleaning was done even though other than that it did appear very clean. We'll be back to VA beach as my son is stationed their but definitely won't be staying here!

Family reunion

The suite and location was perfect for our family reunion stay. Everything was clean and put together. We had family members from (3) different states to stay together to meet up with family living in Virginia for get together. This suite worked really good. We are only giving 4 stars, only because for us , having to g Ave the linens & towels washed prior to leaving is an inconvenience for traveling. We did have one family bring sheets and we all brought towels. We made it work, but with differing departure times it was an extra layer instead of relaxing while given we are all coming out of trying times. I hope the property going forward can offer an alternate option. Please know if sleeping more than 4 as there is only one large bed per bedroom, one would need to bring accommodations, the couch did not pull out and the office does not have a bed or couch, All is stated in the add !! Location was easy to navigate to many surrounding areas and easy to get to high ways. Would definitely stay again. Host was very pleasant & responsive to all our questions.
