This stylish house is in great condition and offers new vinyl plank flooring in the common areas and beautiful hard word floors upstairs, spacious bedrooms and picnic table w/grill in the large back yard. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a large kitchen w/nice wood cabinetry & washer/dryer, separate dining room, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, a newly renovated full bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 2 with full beds and 42"+ flat screen TV's in all bed rooms, and a full bath. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400 mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.
