Location is amazing. Most comfy beds and very cool af night which we live to sleep! Able to rent skis and get them docked at house. 5th time coming to Exuma and by far our favorite place and location. House has everything you need!

This was a nice house with a beautiful setting on the water. Plenty of amenities and the perfect place for our girls getaway to celebrate a 60th birthday.

This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again.

Great stay!

Second time we have stayed at Villa Stella Marina. Beautiful home and what a view! The kids loved the pool, the shallow water and Netflix! We all sat around the fire pit while the kids had a night swim. Love the new water cooler. Absolutely love staying at Villa Stella Marina and will choose this home for future visits. Easy communication with the host and AWESOME property manager Tina. We realized we left a phone at the house when we got to the airport and I text Tina to see if they found it would she be able to mail it. She went way above, drove to the house, found it and drove it all the way to the airport! So thankful to her! We love Exuma and Villa Stella Marina!

Great private location

We had 2 families stay at the house for a week. It was our second visit to Exuma. The privacy of the beach and house were great! Accurate description online and host was very quick to respond to any questions/needs. The location is close to Georgetown and stores and also central to either end of the island you might want to visit.

Great Property

This house had everything you need! Fully stocked with toys, fishing rods, kayaks, etc. No need to go anywhere. House also had everything you need inside. Very responsive host. Highly recommend

Great home right on gorgeous water

Our group of 10 had a great stay! Exuma is beautiful. The pool and beach were fantastic. All of us cooked & ate most breakfasts and dinners at the large indoor dining room table most days and it worked out great. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked well for this.Master bedroom and bath is very nice and spacious. 2nd bedroom with queen bed is big enough and has it's own bathroom. Loft bedroom is a little more private that we were thinking it would be, but it does not have a door so sound carries. Bunk room is back in the corner of the house so pretty private and quiet. Bunk room beds can work for adults, but much more ideal for kids/teenagers.We used the kayaks and paddle boards at the house as well as the pool many of the days. No-see-ums (sand flies) and regular flies are definitely a thing though during sunrise and sunset. I'm sure this is an issue across the entire island though so just plan to stay inside during those times. If you like to cook, make sure to get some fresh fish the guy set up right outside of Shop Rite. Definitely need a car(s) to get around the island. The host, Jacquelyn, gave us tips and suggestions that helped us plan a lot of it in advance so I'd suggest reaching out for that. Highly recommend a boat tour to the other Exuma islands with Go Adventures H2O as well as an ATV tour with Exuma Adventure Tours. Great vacation!

The house was great. The view was magnificent. The outside area was great as well. We rented a boat from Allison at Exuma Boat rentals located at Brown’s Marina. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing home ! Thank you for a perfect week ! Million dollar view ! Stocked kitchen with bottle water dispenser and ice machine ! Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, beach towels, bath towels, floats, snorkel equipment, extra sunscreen available at the home - fire pit outside, plenty of outdoor seating We 100% recommend this place ! Use Tours R Us for boat tours and Hydrobike Tours. You will not be disappointed. Visit Coconut Club - it’s fantastic ! Blu on the Water is an amazing restaurant and so is Shirley’s. Straw market and SandPiper Boutique is adorable !

Great family get away

The house was amazing. It was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The location was very convenient with easy access to the rest of the island. We rented a boat at Brown’s marina and pulled the boat right up to the house. Went into Georgetown several times to pick up fresh fish and lobster. Walked over to the inlet right by the house where the new homes are and saw sea turtles swimming around. Took the kayaks out to one of the tiny islands. Everything was perfect. Thank you

Love Exuma!

We took our family to Exuma for the first time. We hope to be back as it did not disappoint. The Villa was in a great location and a short 10 minute drive into town. Having a beach was great - we rented jet skis one day that were delivered to us and also got picked up for a fishing excursion. The pool was nice since it got cooler later in the week. We utilized the kayaks and water toys they had. The grill was not working for a couple of days but they did get it fixed for us. Overall a great experience!

Great beach/pool house

This was a great house for our group who wanted to lounge, enjoy a private pool and have snorkeling in our own private bay. The house is pretty remote. You cannot walk anywhere so will need car/taxi. I would recommend menu planning and have groceries delivered. The house had everything we needed and is beautiful!

Paradise!

What an amazing place. The description and pics are very accurate. There is plenty of space to hang out inside or outside. Pool is great and heated. Fire table is a nice touch as night when it is a little chilly (we visited in December during a cold streak). Beds are comfortable. 2 washer/dryers. VRBO has all the extras for doing day trips (cooler, snorkel gear, life jackets, fishing poles). Great amount of dishes and cookware. The kayaks were awesome and allowed us to explore right outside of our house. The beach is nice and sandy, some reef in the water that we snorkled around. Saw a few small fish. You really can't go wrong, this place is amazing!

Awesome vacation

The location was perfect and private. Beautiful view and was clean. Tina was great!! We supplied her with the list of groceries to stock the house with which was great!! If we had any questions she was quick to respond back. I would recommend this house. We will definitely stay at this house again!

Beautiful Vacation House

The backyard and amenities of the home are just as the pictures show. The interior is clean and comfortable with all the cooking utensils we needed to make a few meals and enjoy the beautiful setting. Communication with the owner was easy. I’d recommend to anyone making the trip to Exuma.
