私たちの家は1923年に建てられ、歴史的な魅力とすべてのモダンな設備のバランスが取れています。 この家には、スマートロックとパーソナライズされたアクセスコードとネストスマートサーモスタットを備えた正面ドアアクセスが装備されています。 フルキッチンには、コーヒーメーカー、電気ケトル、ブレンダー、トースターオーブン、フルオーブン、電子レンジ、Kitchenaidスタンドミキサーなどの多数の機器が付属しています。

Adorable house with tons of space/great outdoor area!

My family enjoyed our stay at this property!! We loved all of the space for us to spread out and enjoyed the backyard in the evening with the fire pit and outdoor games!!

Family vacation

The location is great 5 minute drive to Riverwalk, that part was great! The backyard was great for the kids and fun to do smores and outdoor time. The house is older but good amount of room for our group, cleanliness was not so great under the master bed there was garbage and soda bottles, didn't seem very clean. Bedding is very thin.but over all the house is nice. The neighborhood is surrounded by clubs right out your door and is insanely loud and not family friendly, there were cars screeching off and people getting into confortations as early as 4pm,,then the clubs music/ base thumps into the house till 2am. Non stop noise machines do not even begin to cover the noise! It was miserable, the rest of the stay was fine backyard day time was good,and being close to everything was what we went for,and house big enough for 2 families, the casita is a great extra space.Just not a great area! Over all the communication was good.

Highly recommend

We had a great time! House is well equipped with everything you need. Great location, clean, and spacious. We had a group of two families, with kids ranging from 13-17. Everyone had such a great time hanging out at the house when we weren’t out exploring all the near by places. Would definitely book again.

Great Property!

We had a wonderful time! House was perfect for our group of 9. Clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very attentive and had procedures and instructions easily available. Would highly recommend!

Clean and spacious

Family enjoyed # of bedrooms and gathering space for meals, conversation and games. Clean and owner was very communicative.

Family Gathering Place

Clean, spacious home in an eclectic, convenient location..Owners spared nothing with amenities. Provided were laundry products, shampoos, snacks, coffee creamer,etc. Included an orange tree in the back yard that provided fresh oranges for breakfast. Provided,too were white noice machines- although we didn’t find the nearby night life noise much of an issue. Son & wife enjoyed the private casita. On a return trip, would definitely consider Tobin Hill again..

This charming cottage with bonus Casita is located in the heart of two entertainment districts: The Pearl and St. Mary's Strip. Within walking distance, enjoy a short walk, bike, or scoot to over 20 restaurants, bars, and landmarks such as the Pearl Brewery, Riverwalk, and San Antonio Museum of Art. This central location is less than 15 minutes from the Airport and close to all the action in and around downtown San Antonio and easily accessible by the city's major highways

Getting around
Our home is located within a 10 minute walk to the Pearl/Riverwalk, there are numerous E-scooters available within walking distance, or rent a bike from the San Antonio bike share, called BCycle, which are all E-bikes. Our home is also located on a popular Via VIVA Culture bus route, which makes stops at museums, parks, theaters, art galleries, the Alamo, and the zoo. Driving is easy with two parking spaces in the driveway and easy access to highways 281, I-35, and convenient access to downtown and the airport.

Our house is located just north of downtown San Antonio, easy access to all major highways and tons of entertainment. If you're here just to take in the sights and be a tourist, there is so much accessible on foot or by bike that a car may be optional, depending on your travel plans. Ubers are plentiful, there is a bike share, public transportation to the most popular tourist destinations and you can even E-scoot with Bird, Lime, and other services.

We are happy to provide a high chair and have 2 pack and plays for families with children. We have children's books and some toys.
