Our Tobin Hill home is fully equipped with all that you will need for a stay in this wonderful city. Located within walking distance of many sought after hot spots. Walk to St. Mary's Street with an array of restaurants and nightlife or The Pearl for more restaurants and shops as well as a Farmers Market every weekend. Minutes to San Antonio's fabulous Riverwalk, The Alamo, Convention Center, San Antonio College, Trinity University, Ft. Sam Houston/JBSA, Tobin Center, Frost Bank Center, San Antonio Zoo, and Breckenridge Park, The Doseum, and so much more! Convenient off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Perfect location for Trinity U visits. Much more spacious than it looks from the outside and comfortably accommodated my family for our son's graduation. Well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds and loved the deck out back.

This home was exactly as described. Very clean. Enjoyed the patio. The owners had plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extras like coffee available in the kitchen. Every bedroom had a tv. Very convenient walk to the Pearl. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Would definitely come back!!

Perfect property for my family of 4 to stay at. We absolutely loved the house, it was exactly as the listing described. It was within walking distance to some amazing food and lots of night life locations. It was also just a short drive to multiple great tourist locations.

Excellent Property and Easy Check-In

Top notch property and owners are top notch as well- it is obvious they take pride in their property! Everything was just as it said. Extremely clean and so easy to book and check-in and check-out. The best communication from a property owner than we have ever encountered. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Hi Dacia -Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at our home in San Antonio. I am unaware of any issue with the air conditioner and in fact the system is brand new. I wish you had contacted me as I would’ve had the opportunity to send a service technician. I’m not sure what the issue would’ve been in the main bedroom. I can only attribute it to the fact that the temperatures have been above 100° in the last 2+ months in San Antonio. My apologies, I will have the system double checked. I’m happy that your stay was otherwise good and appreciate the 4.5 Star rating.

Well stocked

We’ve rented many VRBOs over the years, but this is the best stocked one we’ve ever rented. The owners were very flexible as well. Great place in a great location.

My husband and I live east of San Antonio and purchased this home to enjoy for ourselves when possible and share with guests when we are unable to be in San Antonio. We had experience with owning vacation properties when we resided in Florida and we often stay at them ourselves when traveling.
