Our Tobin Hill home is fully equipped with all that you will need for a stay in this wonderful city. Located within walking distance of many sought after hot spots. Walk to St. Mary's Street with an array of restaurants and nightlife or The Pearl for more restaurants and shops as well as a Farmers Market every weekend. Minutes to San Antonio's fabulous Riverwalk, The Alamo, Convention Center, San Antonio College, Trinity University, Ft. Sam Houston/JBSA, Tobin Center, Frost Bank Center, San Antonio Zoo, and Breckenridge Park, The Doseum, and so much more! Convenient off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Would definitely come back!!

Perfect property for my family of 4 to stay at. We absolutely loved the house, it was exactly as the listing described. It was within walking distance to some amazing food and lots of night life locations. It was also just a short drive to multiple great tourist locations.

Everything you are looking for

Great communication. Easy check in. Easy check out. Safe neighborhood. Close to EVERYTHING. The fenced in front yard is a hero with kids. The house is wonderful. Less than 15 minutes to everything. I will be back.

Hidden Gem in Tobin Hill

Our host Kathy was AMAZING! She was so accommodating and communicative. The property was absolutely perfect. Updated, very clean, cozy and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very walkable to all the hip spots in the city. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking.

Great place!

Awesome house. Very clean and in a great location. The owners responded very quickly to any questions I had. They were great about suggesting places to visit or good restaurants. Would stay there again!

Quaint, clean, and quiet. AC did not work as well in the master as it did the rest of the house

Well stocked

We’ve rented many VRBOs over the years, but this is the best stocked one we’ve ever rented. The owners were very flexible as well. Great place in a great location.

Perfect stay

The property is relatively close to anything we wanted to see (we were in town for the rodeo) Lots of nice restaurants very close. It's a nice little house with plenty of room - was well stocked, furnished and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great Location & Amenities

This property offered a perfect place to relax and explore San Antonio - just a short drive to the airport, museums, Riverwalk and many other attractions. The weekend market at the Pearl was a real highlight. Loved the kitchen and living room space.

Very clean and well furnished home convenient to everything.

The property was exactly as described. Super cute furnishings, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and the home was very clean. The neighborhood was very convenient to the museums and downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I live east of San Antonio and purchased this home to enjoy for ourselves when possible and share with guests when we are unable to be in San Antonio. We had experience with owning vacation properties when we resided in Florida and we often stay at them ourselves when traveling.
