Wonderful place to stay waiting for our house to be built.

Jim and Susan’s condo was such a joy to come back to each day . The furnishings, view and neighborhood at River Strand could not have been better. We missed it when we had to leave when our house closed. Anyone looking for a short or long stay will not be disappointed. It is perfect!

Rental in paradise

Jim & Susan’s home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one would need and more. The lanai view of large pond & tee box is breath taking, both sunrises & sunsets may be enjoyed. Both the home owners and property managers were helpful, informative, and made our stay easy. I will be returning!

Jim and Sue’s River Strand condo was a five-star experience in every way. Jim reached out with a warm welcome as soon as we booked, and put us in touch with property managers Kim and Rick, who made sure we had all the information and instructions we needed. Arrival and check-in were extremely smooth.The condo itself was perfect for our family of five—roomy, immaculate, and very well provisioned. Light switches and fan remotes were labeled, which made navigating an unfamiliar home easy. The beds were very comfortable, the TV had plenty of streaming options, and the WiFi was fast (which the teenagers loved). There were more than enough beach towels and beach chairs for everyone. The patio overlooked a lake and the third hole of the Estuary golf course, making for a serene morning coffee experience. River Strand is a great place to stay. The grounds are well-maintained, the golf course is in fantastic shape, the two gyms have everything you need, and the pools are excellent. The condo is about a mile from the main pool, but we rented a 4-seater golf cart from nearby Golf Cart Outlet which made getting around easy. The main resort-style pool has plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas, plus a restaurant and bar with delicious food, drinks, and several draft beer options—everything reasonably priced. It’s also just a few minutes off I-75, so getting on the interstate to explore the area is very easy. I highly recommend Jim and Sue's condo and we will definitely return.

A slice of the good life

Upon arrival the unit was just as described. Very big and spacious coach home, equipped with everything one would need for a feel at home stay... right down to the beach chairs and bikes. Location could not have been better located, views of water from front and back. A few minor hiccups with some of the appliances that were a minor nuisance that will be needing attention were really the only negatives. The neighbors downstairs were more that friendly and we’re available for questions and help if needed. The place was quiet and private enough if that’s what you require, shopping and restaurants were close nearby. The property management company were very attentive to any of my needs. All in all a comfortable place for an extended stay. R S
