PROS: the location, 1 min walk and you are at the water! The balcony, I’m so glad the pub table and chairs are there because we sat out there every morning and evening watching the water, eating and enjoying cocktails. The elevator, while it sounded scary, not all places have elevators so it was very helpful! CONS: I would recommend getting rid of the bunk beds or at least the desk to make it not feel so cramped, I truly don’t understand how you could fit 6 people and luggage in that apartment! The only closet was full of cleaning supplies so storage is limited if you don’t want to unpack the whole suitcase. We just had 2 adults and a 3 month old and couldn’t imagine anymore bodies in there! We would leave all the beach stuff in the car overnight which helped! Bring your own pillows and blankets, the pillows were very flat and the comforter seemed old. We did order the linens package which was great and eliminated a whole stack of things we had to pack! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and you get what you pay for, so, with that we were satisfied! Owners were wonderful to work with, very quick with responding and super friendly!
Also, an FYI, they don’t allow tents on the beach, just umbrellas, so pack accordingly! We have never been to a beach that didn’t allow tents(the police stopped by as soon as we set everything up!)😄but we got a cheap umbrella that worked great!
