Great location within easy walking distance to Derwent River & Salamanca Market area. Plenty of shops & places to eat close handy. Lovely older style home with modern renovated kitchen and living area. Really enjoyed our few days here in Hobart.

Lovely stay

We had a brilliant stay in Queens Cottage which was spotlessly clean, well equipped and warm. The open plan living area was spacious and modern and the position of the cottage perfect, just a short walk to Salamanca and the harbour. Highly recommend if staying in Hobart

Cute cottage handy for everything

We enjoyed our stay here in this beautifully renovated cottage, within walking distance of Salamanca and with numerous cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Perfect location for a city break.

Immaculate home in great location

This gem of a spot was a great inclusion in our Tasmania discovery tour! It is in a wonderful location at Sandy Bay and close to restaurants and supermarkets We felt very at home here. The home is modern, beautifully decorated and very clean. The provisions were ample for our short stay - thank you. Would definitely stay again

Fabulous central getaway!

Fabulous house, well equipped, comfortable and a perfect location in Sandy Bay. Great being so close to the supermarket and cafes. We all loved it and we will be back, thank you Jo!

Great position, lovely house!

Close to Hobart and all the wonderful shops and places to eat, this charming cottage was perfect for a girls weekend away. Super clean, snuggly beds, a perfect mix of cottage charm and modern amenities. Jo, the host, was really friendly and helpful too. You can’t go wrong!
