Cozy unit on main level which is where i spent all my time. Bbq and deck were awesome. Appreciated the owner communicating with me prior to, and during trip. She was great, which included offering us the unit early. Great stay!

Family had fun, condo suited our needs

Location was very easy and close to Winter Park for skiing. Kids enjoyed outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plenty of towels, utensils and well stocked kitchen. Unit was clean and ready ahead of schedule which we appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and highly recommend it! It was clean, well furnished, and well-stocked. Being an end unit was a bonus, and we really enjoyed the clubhouse with its great pool and hot tubs. The location was perfect – just a short drive to Winter Park ski area. Heather was a great host. She responded very quickly to any of our questions.

Home away from home

The condo was clean and inviting. Everything was fully stocked and there were thoughtful touches throughout making our stay very relaxing. We really enjoyed our family vaction and the condo had a big part in it! It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommed!

Great place, amazing host!

Very roomy, with all of the comforts of home! Close to Winter Park and convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. Quiet location with shuttle access nearby. Host was amazing to work with! All questions were answered promptly and, as first timers, we were given very helpful recommendations. We highly recommend the property and hope to stay here again soon!

lovely condo

This condo was so well stocked, we stayed for 3 weeks and it was so nice to have a well stocked home, washer and dryer and kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, and really lived the living room on 2nd floor to see sun rise and sun sets. Akso the location is just a block from club house to use heated pool and hot tub which I used almost daily to bus stop close by. We would definitely stay here again.

This has been the best stay we’ve had! Spacious and comfortable! The view from the kitchen/living room is amazing! This place was stocked up with all of your necessities. Lots of clean towels and toiletries. The club house amenities is just the cherry on top! So fun! We will definitely be back!

Amazing

The place is beautiful and comfortable for all five of my family. It's close Safeway and some amazing restaurants. Winter Park, Grandby and Grand Lake are just a short drive away. Less than an hour and you are in the beautiful Rocky Mountain Park. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Heather was super sweet and a great host.

Christmas in the Mountains

The condo was wonderful for our family of four, plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and we also made good use of the washer & dryer in the unit. We enjoyed the fireplace nightly, and cooked most meals on site due to COVID and limited restaurant options. Also of note to other renters, there is a couch in the living room in case you were wondering from the pictures. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great Condo Along WP Free Shuttle Route

Very comfortable condo for five adults. Very clean with the exception of the oven and the outdoor grill which needed our cleaning in order to cook. The loft is spacious but could definitely use some shelves or a dresser. The free shuttle is literally at the end of the driveway. Great location. Convenient to Safeway at the bottom of the hill. The Meadow Ridge Fitness Center is a great bonus! We would definitely book this property again!

Winter Park/Fraser Condo

We had an awesome stay at this adorable little condo. Newly renovated, (in fact some renovation is still ongoing), it was the perfect opportunity for our family of 6 to reconnect after a busy summer. Plenty of space for our family and some nice renovation touches. Our 4 kids chose to all stay in 1 room with a queen and bunk beds, and took advantage of the chance to hang out each night. The king bed in the loft was very comfy, and the recliner was dad's favorite. Close to everything; Winter Park shops/restaurants are minutes away, Rocky Mountain National Park was a short, beautiful drive, the pool/hot tub/rec center was a block away, and the owner was available as needed and very helpful. All in all a great few days away in a perfect setting!

Will not rent from Evolve ever again

Loved the place! Highly recommend staying there. We came over the summer for biking. Comfortable beds, fully stocked, great side porch with awesome view of mtn to relax ; nice pool you can easily walk to from condo. Great location - close to grocery store. However - Will not rent from a property managed by Evolve ever again. Non of my questions were answered including very simple ones: Such as - is there a clothes washer? What is the condo number ? finally got a response weeks later using Covid as an excuse after we were already on our way across the country. And even with the covid excuse never actually answered me. Would have reduced my packing significantly which was a big deal since we were driving cross country and luckily we guessed which condo it was.

Epic weekend!

The place was perfect! Great location..took the shuttle to winter park. We grilled steaks on the the deck. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes! Owners were awesome and accommodating. Would highly recommend amd will be back next year!!

Thanksgiving Roadtrip Getaway

We decided to do things a bit different this year. Our family roadtrip landed us in the beautiful outskirts of Winter Park. The Fraser home had everything we could possibly need and then some. The owners were sweet to let us extend our time in their beautiful home. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to ski/snowboard with all the COVID setbacks but there was so much more to do and we enjoyed just being together ❤ I greatly appreciate the experience and we will be back! Happy Holidays 😊
