Could have been much better

The property only had one set of bed sheets although we were two adults not sharing a bed. Informed owner on arrival and also agent but no more sheets ever arrived. Wi-Fi never worked. Toilet light didn’t work either. All shared with owner and agent but nothing done. If these details had been addressed would have been pretty good accommodation

Apartment not as described and poor communication from the host

The owner’s poor communication made it difficult to resolve issues during our stay. Despite the listing stating that towels would be provided, none were available. We were told to just buy them ourselves, and following messages were ignored. Additionally, the apartment had no WiFi, even though it was advertised, and the host made no effort to address these problems.

Équipements dans la cuisine très minimaliste et pas toujours en bon état. Literie peu confortable, manque des lattes sur le sommier du futon.Propreté trop approximative. Studio un peu juste pour 4 personnes.Pour déplié le futon il faut enlever les chaises de la table. Idéalement situé et decoration agréable.

Bon emplacement, vue très agréable, appartement bien équipé.Superficie un peu juste à 4.Juste un problème de wifi qui ne fonctionne pas malgré mes demandes au propriétaire.

Pas d’avis possible car séjour annulé

Notre fille ayant eu un pb de santé 6 jours avant notre arrivée,nous avons appelé le propriétaire pour lui demander si il accepterait de remettre l’appartement en location ce qu’il a refusé prétextant qu’Abritel n’était là que pour prendre sa commission …

Disappointed owner took 30 euros from our party saying the apartment was left untidy etc

We were very disappointed that the owner took 30 euros from my deposit. He said we didn't take the bins out or clean the apartment. We took every bin out, placed all used linen in a bag for the cleaners and washed all the dishes. He didn't reply to me when I contested his reasons. On arrival the management team were not aware we were coming either.

mieux que ce que nous attendions suite a notre surclassement

Bel appartement chaleureux et lumineux dans résidence "Portes du Soleil" au coeur de la station. (le +) On a adoré la personnalisation de l'appartement, notamment la Cheminée électrique décorative. Accès à toutes les commodités facilement (-) Malgre un Bar en face un peu bruyant par moment, l'isolation des fenetres reste efficace.

Appartement calme, conforme aux photos, bien situé et lumineux . Jolie vue sur la station Correctement équipé il manque peut etre quelques couverts et un placard pour etre plus confortable.
