Beautiful view of the lake

It is a beautiful property. If we had an issue/question they responded right back to us which was really nice. I don’t know if you could beat the view with the fall colors. We will definitely book again next time we are visiting.

The condo is beautifully located with two verandas to enjoy. The views are lovely. The condo is in very good condition with amenities well considered. It is very clean and ready to go when you arrive. The condo is easy to find and a quick drive to Bentonville. The host has provided all the basics including things like board games, extra blankets, towels, kitchen necessities . The appliances are in good working order and there are plenty of kitchen tools, cutlery, and serve ware. There are also nice options to enjoy the lake with the paddle boards and kayaks. We took our pup. The host provides a crate if you are leaving pup to do activities. The area is steep going down to the water but there is some nice walking along the lake that is very pup friendly within a short walking distance. Our host was very quick to respond and seemed very sincere in her efforts to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Truly a wonderful weekend. We could not have asked for a better Bella Vista weekend-- it was such a delight to wake up, sit on the deck or pier to watch the lake, spend the day exploring the trails and towns, and end the day with a kayak. What more can you ask for? We almost hate to post such a glowing review as we hope there will always be room for us to come back!

We had an overall enjoyable experience, particularly thanks to the beautiful lake location. The kids had a blast with the kayaks, paddleboards (a bit worn), and the fishing gear, which kept them entertained. The lake was the highlight of our trip.While the home has been updated in some ways, the details, like the quality of linens, felt a bit lacking. A few fresh, clean items would have really elevated the experience. The interior had updates with hardwood floors, which gave it a clean modern feel in the photos but a few areas could use more attention. The air conditioning was set to a cold temperature, and wasn’t adjustable, which made it uncomfortable at times. There was also a musty smell that lingered when walking in, though we did get used to it after a while. The single shower had a tricky door that really needed fixing, and we found towels left in the dryer, which made it feel less organized. The outdoor decks also needed more care. The cobwebs were noticeable, and the umbrella obstructed the view from the upper deck but was not attached to the weight to keep open. I tried my best to tidy up, but it seemed clear that the outdoors hadn't been maintained with the same attention to detail as the rest of the property.That said, the location on the lake is truly unbeatable, and with a bit more investment in upkeep, this place has great potential. It could easily go from good to great with a few tweaks and a little more care in the details.

Quiet Getaway on Lake

This lake stay was conveniently located not too far away from Bentonville where we enjoyed visiting Crystal Bridges and several nice restaurants. The lake area was peaceful and a good spot for a nice swim and getting time to rest next to the water.

Wonderful property

Amazing place. Had a great time relaxing by the lake, fishing and swimming. The house was very well stocked with everything you coukd ask for. Communication with the propery owner was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Great house on the lake

We really loved the location on the lake. Beautiful view, the water is very calm, so we felt confident and comfortable using the kayaks. Our dog also came; there is a provided kennel. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels. Would stay again!

Great location

This is a triplex with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a nice upstairs. We wanted to be on the water and have kayaks. The lake is beautiful, there were kayaks and paddle boards. Easy access to a different hike every day. The basement had a pet urine odor but we aired it out and it got better. The shower door is near impossible and there is mold, if they took care of that it would be 5 stars.

Great location for adventures and relaxing

Great location for our road/gravel biking and hiking adventures. Quiet neighborhood with access to the back 40 and greenway parkway very close. Being on a lake added to the relaxing spirit. The home has all amenities we needed for a wonderful break with our dog. The property owner did everything to make our stay so enjoyable.

Quiet, Serene, Beautiful!

Awesome weekend getaway! Location is perfect, on a no-wake lake. We loved exploring the area with our dog. House is well stocked, beds are comfortable and we loved the 2 levels of deck facing the lake. Table on the deck with an umbrella made for excellent outdoor meals. The host was super responsive and easy to work with. Very close to Blowing Springs Park and the Back 40 trails for biking/hiking. Be sure to check out the "Gear Garden" within Blowing Springs. It's awesome! We'll definitely be back again.

Wonderful property and great hosts

This was our second time in this property, and definitely not the last. Everything was perfect. The view is amazing, the house is spotless, and the host is so helpful and accommodating. I can't wait to return.

French fry under our bed that my wife left. Bathroom shower door very hard to slide open. The house is very poorly lighted with the dinning room very dark with a poor light. Of the many VRBOs we have stayed at this one was the poorest stocked for kitchen necessities. The location is great though.

Sunrise Dream

At the spur of the moment, we interrupted our travels to "stay on a lake in fall". The trees threw acorns at us on the dock, and unfamiliar tall oaks and other trees quietly turned flame red and cherry. There was a bottle of good wine waiting for us on the table. It was the answer to a longing I'd had for a few years, and we soaked up the beautiful, mystical sunrise from the dock and also from the porch. I took a ton of pictures and videos of our two days and posted them. FB.

Quiet

The lake was so quiet and calm. Very peaceful place to stay. The house was well appointed and had everything you could need. Only issue was the shower door downstairs took two people to close location with excellent beds were comfortable and communication was wonderful. Great place to stay.

Perfect spot!

Stephanie was wonderful to work with. The tri-plex was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. Not much activity on the lake while we were there, but that was perfect too. Was wonderful that the owners allow us access to their kayaks, it was the icing on the cake for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Short stay

Overall the property was nice. The House was adequately stocked with amenities. The furniture/bedding all comfortable. Instructions for things were clear. Was a little scared to use the grill due to so much grease build up around the area that it might start a fire. And lastly there was a strange light over one of the beds that would come on in the middle of the night with no way to turn it off. We were told there was a pull chain, however there was not. So one guest had a hard time sleeping.
