We could not have been more pleased with 606 Gulf & Bay Views 6th Floor Condo. It had everything we needed and more for our four night stay. It looks like it was decorated by a professional. We definitely would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Week at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the direct access to the beach and the view from both lanais. The place was really well appointed and decorated. The o Kt small thing we didn’t like was the plastic plates/bowls. It was a little noisy there with the resort being right next door

Beautiful Area

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area. We loved our stay. The only challenge was the check in process - we didnt receive an email with check in instructions for some reason, so we couldnt get in at first. But we called and were helped right away! Would definitely stay again.

Great condo and great location!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was clean and decorated beautifully and the views could not be beat! My ONLY critique would be the mattresses. Being away from home for a week plus and not sleeping comfortably is not fun! Overall, amazing stay and would return year after year.

Gulf of America Beach Bliss!

We had an amazing stay. The unit was immaculate and recently renovated. It had spectacular gulf and bay views and was perfect for our family of 6. The area was hit hard by recent hurricanes but this building survived while many others are left abandoned leaving the beach quiet except for the resort next door. The bbq grill could use an upgrade. Overall a great spot and would go back.

Perfect place

This 6th floor, corner unit beachfront condo is perfect. The condo has clearly been remodeled very recently. It’s a short walk down the beach or the sidewalk to the center of Ft Myers beach aka Time Square. I highly recommend and would certainly stay in this condo again.

AMAZING VIEW! Great location on the beach also- not overly crowded but still close to the town square shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful view of both the Gulf and Bay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a prior review stating no beach gear- there were beach chairs available, which was very convenient. Short walk to downtown restaurants and shops and if you don't feel like a walk- the Tram drives by every 20 minutes or so. We would definitely recommend this unit to others.

They thought of everything!

The only thing that could’ve made this a more perfect stay was if the weather would’ve been nice which obviously can’t be controlled. The owners literally thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and listening to the waves. We even saw dolphins one morning. Would most certainly stay again and if I were to buy a place in SW Florida, I’d want it like this one!

We love this place!!

My husband and I just spent a week at Beach Villas #606 and had an absolutely amazing vacation! The condo was perfect for us - beautifully tiled throughout with incredible views of the gulf and bay. We were beach bums all week - spending time on the beach, walking to Bowditch Park, with several walks to Times Square every day and evening. The condo had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be coming back to stay in this condo!! Heather (host) was very responsive in answering all our questions throughout our stay. What a wonderful trip!!!

Beach Getaway

Location on the beach was great. The unit itself was very nice and well appointed. The only negative was there were too many knickknacks. Every table and counter were covered with them. A vase got broken when the wind blew it over. Other than that it was a great place and we would stay there again.

We loved our beach vacation! The condo was BEAUTIFUL! I don’t think I stopped taking pictures. We spent a lot of time in the screened in balcony. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Everything went smooth. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the pool code. Our code didn’t work (or it could have very well been operator error haha), but we didn’t need it because we spent our time on the beach. I would suggest anyone reading this review to bring bug spray because the beach mites bit me so much when I was on the beach. On windy days, I was fine. Also, in the condo, the Keurig machine could use some attention. It kept leaving a lot of grounds in the coffee. I didn’t care, but my mother couldn’t get passed it and you know…happy mom, happy vacation. Check out the restaurant in the resort next door, Bongos. It was a perfect dinner for our arrival night. We loved it. Even my mom! I would definitely LOVE to return!! Thank you for everything!

beautiful views!!

This is a great condo with wonderful views of the ocean and bay. However the pool is very small. We had an early flight on the day of arrival and we were told we could not use the facilities (beach, pool or parking) until after check-in time of 3pm. This made the first day a little hectic as we had 3 children with us. Also, this unit does not have any beach supplies. We had to purchase beach towels, chairs and an umbrella.

Nice property, but management could be better

The property was nice, but needs a little updating. The location is great as you are not too close to all the busy beaches, but can do short walk to Times Square. The property management could be much better. We had an issue with the lock on the first night. They let us in remotely and reset the code and told us they are on call all night if we have an issue. We put all of our luggage an the condo and left for dinner. When we got back, we could not get in. We attempted to call them all night long and could not reach the person on call. Had to get a hotel room for the night and had none of our luggage. The next morning, they responded and opened our the room remotely and called a locksmith to fix the lock. It was night of stress that was unnecessary and could have been avoided.

Fort Myers Beach - New Years 2021

Great location. North end of beach away from the crowds at the pier. Condo was nicely furnished and updated. Small problem with front door lock that was resolved quickly. Loved that it had two balconys - one facing the beach and the other facing the waterway off the master bedroom.
