The host was the best Host I’ve experienced and I used VRBO ALOT. She was a lifesaver after having a blast our last night in Nashville. I love how it’s not a lot of rules before departure (chores) and the home was amazing. We are looking forward to returning. The location was perfect, we were less than 10 mins from everything we had on our list to do. Thank you for being the best Host ever!

Amazing House

Property is so cool and lots of communal spaces for working or chilling out. Great location for restaurants and downtown as well as parks. Hosts are super responsive and went above and beyond! Awesome experience!

Amazing !!

Such an amazing experience from the booking to the actual trip. The house was extremely clean and was perfect for my girls trip. Everything you could need or want was there. Fit 11 girls with plenty of room. Great location too! Would highly recommend!!

Fabulous Property and Hosts

My wife stayed here with a bunch of her lady friends in the past so when we planned our family trip, she said we had to go back here. We all agree it was the right decision. Plenty of room and everything we needed to make our trip a success. Host Lauren was great. Quick to answer and very accommodating. Next time I go back to Nashville with a crowd, I will be staying here again.

What A VRBO Should Be

We came to Nashville for a family reunion of sorts, so we had a variety of ages staying at the home. It was in excellent condition and just as pictured. There was a range of free snacks available, drinks in the fridge, and the instructions for how to use the home and check out were incredibly clear. The surrounding area felt safe and clean, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the park. The only downside would be if you are someone who has trouble (or just doesn't like) stairs. Other than that, you should absolutely book this place. I have stayed at dozens of VRBOs and this is the only property I have stayed at that has matched what I have hoped a vacation property would be--it's clean, comfortable, welcoming, and the hosts are relaxed, inviting, and responsive. Plus, there is no insanity about how to correctly load the dishwasher or take the trash out. A really lovely stay. Would happily return!

Beautiful house and location

Would recommend to family and friends. Host was easy to get into contact with, had all the essentials with some luxuries on top! Walked around dog park and centennial park without any safety concerns even after dark. Would love to stay in this place next time we visit.

We were in Nashville to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday…we were a group of seven, had plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms…short drive to Broadway too!

They Understood the Assignment‼️‼️‼️

This place had everything!!! Everything we thought we would need was already there and the snacks and beverages was a plus!!! Super clean, large TVs in every room, and the beds was very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom was super absorbent, literally in one wipe the water was gone!!! I got to get me some of those towels 😍❤️❤️

Bachelorette trip!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was stocked with everything we needed! After those wild nights on Broadway we couldn’t wait to come back and lay in our super cozy beds!! My whole group agreed that was the best place we have stayed in Nashville by far! We would 100% be back again!! The host was super easy to communicate with and extremely helpful! It made planning a bachelorette weekend so much easier! Thanks again for our great stay!

Overall Wonderful Property

What a terrific place to stay in Nashville. The property was just as pictured. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Just make sure everyone in your group can manage stairs. The main level is a comfortable meeting area. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. One recommendation from my group - the bedrooms could use luggage stands like those found in hotels. There is no easy way to work out of a suitcase. There is closet space but no drawers.

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Nashville! The location was perfect for college tours at Vanderbilt and Belmont, and was also a quick drive to the sites in downtown Nashville. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The home was well stocked with any amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.). Parking was super easy in the garage. Would highly recommend it for anyone needing a place to stay while in Nashville!

The best southern hospitality stay

The home is just as shown in pictures..the beds will make your think you're sleeping on clouds there as workers outside working and you can't even hear until waking up is how good I slept waking up fully refreshed and the home is equipped with everything on every floor that you need my family and I really enjoyed our stay and the host was available and very accommodating to my needs

Amazing Stay!

Perfect!! Perfect location, and perfect size for our family of 9. We had the best time and very much enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty enough space for everyone, and amenities to enjoy. Area seemed very safe, and we had no issues with ubering to and from. Very short trip from downtown. Only downfall is the stairs, but it’s Nashville, there are stairs EVERYWHERE! 😂 Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next visit!

Wonderful Hosts

The place is very cute and felt open and bright. It felt fancy yet comfortable. The master bathroom was very spacious and it was great to have a big shower, tub, close door toilet and closet if needed. My main compliment is the management personnel. Communication was easy. We were stuck in the unexpected storm with plane cancellations and delays. We also had people flying in early on the front end. They worked with us on both fronts and were so understanding and accommodating. With the stress of the storm, their prompt response and kindness took a lot of weight off our shoulders. You definitely don’t always get that response from rentals so it is very appreciated when you do. And for that reason alone, this is a good option for you to stay with them.

And only a 5 minute Uber ride to the Midtown hot spots or Broadway Honky Tonks! Why stay in a hotel when your group can stay together in this fabulous house??
