Cozy Cedar Mountain Cabin near lakes and National Parks

I’ve owned this little cabin for 20 years and want everyone to be able to share in the beauty that is southern Utah! Located in the mountains at 9000 ft, it is between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, and is a short 15 minute drive from Cedar Breaks National Monument. There are also several lakes for fishing very close to the cabin, as well as many great hikes nearby. You will have all modern amenities, and your own unshared space with a large deck for relaxing and viewing wildlife. It is some of the most beautiful land on earth. It sits on half an acre of beautiful, tree covered land with a fire pit area for outdoor cooking and relaxing in the evening. The national forest land is one street over and offers great atv trails or hiking. Atvs are available for rent in the village 2 minutes away below the cabin.

Very cozy & comfortable. We had everything we needed, as the cabin was well stocked. Wifi worked great with several devices attached. The bathroom is very small, but we managed. Awesome front porch! Cabin is the perfect size for two people.

The cabin was clean and cozy. We used all of the amenities and really enjoyed the fire pit for cooking and marshmallows. There were deer, squirrels, blue Jay's and hummingbirds on the property. The cabin isclose to lakes and hiking trails. It was a fantastic vacation for my family.

Bed needs new mattress for the main bedroom. I don’t understand if I paid a 150 cleaning fee why I was required to clean the kitchen and do the dishes as well as removing the trash from the property.

We had a very nice stay in this cabin. The host's communication was excellent. She even texted us at 1 pm on our check-in date to let us know the cabin was ready if we wanted early access. That has never happened before and was sincerely appreciated, as we had just arrived in Cedar City with three hours to kill before check-in. The cabin was clean and exactly as described. The access code worked, so no delays. Now, I want to comment on the little things. Everything felt clean; the cabin was well organized, the TV and wifi worked, there was a selection of board games to play, and the kitchen had some of the extras I always forget to bring, like salt and pepper, a toaster, coffee grounds for the coffee pot that was included, and a small basket of snacks. Little touches that were thoughtful and made the experience really nice. There was even a little firewood out by the fire pit just in case we wanted a campfire. I highly recommend this cabin and host. Many of the cabins in Duck Creek are managed by a company, and they are terrible hosts; the cabins are not clean, and check-in and check-out times are not flexible. This cabin and the host were excellent. I highly recommend!

The entire trip and stay was the best experience we have had. The cabin was so cute and cozy with two rooms. We had the best time using the fire pit out in the night sky….was just the best time anyone can have. Would recommend for your stay in Duck Creek.

Perfect Porch

Met every expectation, even had the deer show up twice for the kids and make it an even more memorable stay. We will definitely book this little place again. The porch was a perfect reader nook.

Cozy cabin at Duck Creek

Great cabin that has everything thing you need. Host was helpful to inform us about fun things to do near by and events. Beds were comfy with extra blankets for the cold nights. Lots of games and activities. Quiet neighborhood. Nice neighborhood grocery/supply store at bottom of hill. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable log cabin in a beautiful area

We had a wonderful time in this cabin and especially enjoyed playing games on the large front porch! It’s halfway between Zion and Bryce. We highly recommend this cozy cabin in a beautiful area.

Adorable cabin featuring peace and quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked with kitchen essentials and extras from previous guests. I like when a cabin comes with extras like spices and jelly in the fridge. The beds were comfy, the shower was lovely, and the art was personal, not Joanne Stores-manufactured nonsense. If someone needs a TV distraction, there's a Smart TV with a gazillion channels. I highly recommend this cabin!
