Fever weekend

We came to town to see the Fever opener. There were 4 couples and this was a great property for our stay. Nice to have 4 Kings for every couple, plenty of bathroom space, and a great common area. The owner made this a very easy stay!

Birthday Weekend

Long weekend in Indy for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Friends and family group of 10 stayed in this great house. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Great place to stay. Everyone enjoyed it.

Spacious

There was definitely more than enough room for my daughter and her friends to have there own space and have a nice get together for her 18th birthday. She wanted to be downtown so thay she can go a few places down there to celebrate. It was only 6 girls so it can easily accomodate comfortably much more. I would definitely recommend.

Great Place!

Excellent location to downtown; walking distance to Mass Ave area. Good option for large parties. We stayed with several work couples/friends for a work holiday weekend. Several bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect! Awesome communication and very accommodating. Hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect place for family

Everything about this place from the actual house to the owner of the house was wonderful! The house was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what was described on the website. The owner of the house was very accommodating and was very quick with answers to all of our questions. Would definitely stay at this place again if I'm back in the area.

Can't beat the location!

We were really happy with the location of this rental and enjoyed the convenience of a combined duplex. There were a few small things that could have been a little better at the rental (floors were dirty, no broom/vacuum, super creaky stairs, dryer on one side not working properly), but overall we were extremely pleased! I think it would be nice if the rental included a card table and chairs as well - we brought one based on other reviews and found it to be really helpful to play games in the evening.

Chicks on the Right Meet & Greet

There were 12 of us that met in Indy for a meet and greet. This house was perfect for our group. It was exactly as pictured on the site. It was very easy to get to eating places and the venue for the event. It was quiet and there was nothing that concerned us at all. We would definitely recommend this lace.

2 day stay for Indy 500

We had 9 adults stay in the unit and had plenty of room. Having two sets of everything - kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, etc proved to be very handy. Host was very responsive. Plenty of household items if you forget yours (glassware, cookware, paper products, soap/shampoo). We would definitely consider staying again. Thx!

Great location - family celebration

We were here for a graduation ceremony. It is a double duplex so two kitchens, etc. But it worked great. The location is perfect, and there is a walking/running/biking trail you can access in the back yard. I highly recommend this property if you're staying in Indianapolis.

Business meeting

The house was very clean and had everything we needed except a dining room table. The space doesn’t allow for it and while the owner has made efforts to provide an eating area, a table would have been very helpful as we used the house for a business meeting weekend. It wasn’t clear in the description that there wasn’t a table. For some, this isn’t a big deal - just FYI. Other than that, everything was great. Very clean, convenient location, and comfy beds.

Great place for a group

Our group was in Indy for a tradeshow. Dale's place was perfect for us. Very clean and we were all able to have our own room. Only 10 minute drive to the convention center, which was super convenient for us. Dale was great at communicating and answering any questions prior to our stay. Highly recommend

Girlfriend weekend

This property was perfect for my girls weekend. House was beautiful. Very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Very well stocked with kitchen supply’s and everything else we needed. The location was perfect. Near Bottleworks District and Mass Avenue. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Would stay again for sure!

Nice Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed at this location for a weekend. We had a great stay and we were able to visit places nearby, like downtown Indianapolis and a nearby park. Overall this place met our needs for 10 adults.

Awesome host

The location was perfect for my niece’s college graduation. The house was spacious for our family of 9. Lots of great accommodations so we were very comfortable. The host, Dale is awesome! From his initial communications to checkout, he was extremely helpful. Thank you so much!
