NEWLY RENOVATED EAST WARREN LUXURY FARMHOUSE

EAST WARREN RECENTLY RENOVATED 5 BEDROOM (sleeps 10) FARMHOUSE ON 10 ACRES WITH GREAT VIEWS OF SUGARBUSH. ON A VERY PRIVATE ROAD. WE JUST ADDED 5 MITSUBSHI MINI SPLIT A/C UNITS FOR OUR SUMMER RENTERS (zero emissions, ultra quiet cooling and heating). We also have a pool for summer renters. Located 4 miles/10 minute drive to Sugarbush Resort/Lincoln Peak. Abutts Blueberry Lake cross country ski trails

We bought this property in December 2019 and have recently completed a renovation including an updated kitchen, fully re-finished basement with living room area with a 70in smart tv as well as a new pool 8' pool table and ping pong table and a Peleton bike (huge pandemic hit). All new carpeting was added to every room as well as new paint. A/C was added in July 2022.

For summer renters: the pool is open at the end of May through late September. It is professionally cleaned and maintained once a week during this time. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. The grounds are professionally maintained, the landscaper comes once a week, usually Wednesdays.

We recently had AC installed in this property: 5 Mitsubishi split units on 2 condensers; one on the main floor living/dining area and main floor bedroom and three up on the second floor (master and 2 end bedrooms).

Great open floor plan on the main floor with a chef’s kitchen opening up to a dining area on one side and a living room/fireplace area on the other. A separate living room with comfy couches and chairs and a 70 smart tv. Also a first floor bedroom with a queen bed and full bath completes the main floor.

The second floor has a large master bedroom with a 12' cathedral ceiling and an ensuite full bath. There are 3 other bedrooms on the second floor as well as the 3rd full bath. New washer and dryer is also located on the second floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 twin beds in each room. There is also a futon bed in bedroom 3.

Off the main floor is a back deck with great views of Lincoln Peak trails (awesome sunsets). There is an in ground swimming pool (not heated) with a deck area and teak outdoor furniture.

The basement has a 65 smart tv with a couch and sitting area, a pool table and ping pong table.

There is also an outdoor fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and a Weber propane grill and an eating area just off the dining room sliding door.

Private, cozy family getaway - loved it!

Highly recommend this spot for any time of year. We loved our three-family, six-kid getaway in this incredibly comfortable private home. The kids (ages 8-15) had ample space outside to play in the snow, plenty of entertainment with the basement game tables, and plenty of space in the bedrooms for hanging out apart from the adults. Parents loved the absence of a tv in the main room and the very comfortable den when we wanted the screen binge, and every room had very comfortable beds. We unexpectedly had to bring our dog, and she loved the comfy rugs and the space to run. And no nearby neighbors to complain about our noisy kids!

Large modern cabin in a quiet area

10 of my friends and myself stayed here for 3 nights to see the solar eclipse. The house had all modern amenities, the master bedroom was gorgeous, and there was of course plenty of space to fit all of us. It was located in a quiet area so that even as we watched the total eclipse, we heard nobody but ourselves, which was perfect. Since it was still snowy and out of season, we didn’t get to use the pool but many of us plan on coming back here again because we enjoyed the stay so much. Kevin was also very communicative and incredibly kind.

Gorgeous Home for a ski vacation

We had a multi-generation group of 10 staying for a ski trip and everyone absolutely loved the house. It had enough space for communal board games by the fire or to find a quiet corner for reading. The kitchen had everything we needed, the stocked firewood was key and the house was very clean. - Beautiful house (even better than the pics) - Great communication by the owners - Very convenient to Sugarbush Mountain and Warren/Waitsfield - Easy check-in We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Vermont experience

Kevin and Rayna’s home was absolutely amazing!! I stayed here in October during peak foliage and the views from the home were beautiful! I loved all the amenities of their home, the kitchen, the outdoor space, the basement, everything was perfect! I highly recommend their home and will love to stay again!

Wonderful Property

Very comfortable house and well appointed kitchen. Kids Enjoyed the pool and blueberries. Multiple spaces for 10 person group to hang out comfortably together, living room, basement and outside Lots of bedding and fans. Wonderful swimming holes nearby such Lareau right down the road and Ward Park 20 minutes north. All of what summer in Vermont offers is nearby.

Staycation or Vacation this house has it all!

This property had it all - spacious floor plan, large game/TV room, pool, firepit, and a great yard. There was plenty of room for our party of 9 to spread out and not annoy each other. The amenities were excellent and well maintained. The host was easy to contact and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will definitely be back!

Family-friendly house in the woods

This large, beautiful and well-appointed house was the ideal setting for our three-generation family vacation. In no particular order, we especially appreciated: - The open plan sitting room, dining area, and extremely large and well-supplied kitchen. - The pool, easily reached from the house but safely fenced. - The dining terrace and fire pit off the kitchen/dining area. - The beautiful sunset views towards Sugarbush. - The separate downstairs den/TV room where the adults could converse in the evening without waking up sleeping kids. We enjoyed a day trip to Burlington, about an hour's drive away and, as always in Vermont, it's just fun driving around the lovely countryside. Infrastructure--hot water, electricity, internet--was rock-solid. And the owners were extremely responsive when we had questions. Five stars.

Two Week Family Recharge in the Mad River Valley

Idyllic property situated in the Mad River Valley with amazing views of the green mountains, impeccably appointed home and perfect location for enjoying Vermont. Stayed here for two weeks with two different groups - one family and the other friends. Photos don't do the place justice; every aspect to the home is so painstakingly stylish and adorable. No shortage of fun activities between the pool, pool table, ping pong table, outdoor spaces, board games and books. Plenty of space to entertain while maintaining personal space. We loved the magical views from the deck and master bedroom; swimming in the pool, etc. Outside of the property, we found the location to be perfect. Close enough to small eateries and restaurants in Waitsfield and Warren as well as biking trails, Blueberry Lake and our favorite attraction of all, Warren Falls. Close enough for quick day trips to Stowe and Burlington, both of which were wonderful in their own right. Kevin was great to work with, responsive to our questions and was an overall great host. Highly recommend.

Top Notch - Can't wait to go back

I can not say enough great stuff about this house, owner and location. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The house is roomy and provides space and has all the amenities (tv, wifi, washer/dryer, towels, paper towels etc), you feel like you are in a home not a rental property. The kitchen is complete with all you would need to cook meals ( pans, dishes, serving bowls, silverware etc). The grounds are very nicely taken care of and there are a lot of great places to be outdoors in the summer months, fire pit circle, pool, lawn areas for games, porch with outdoor couch etc. The owner was great with communication and responsiveness - super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, you have privacy when you are at the house but getting to Wakefield or Warren was easy or on to 89 so was able to do take out and restaurants conveniently. Super markets and other stores are close. The amount of hiking/biking trails in the area were never ending. We had two sunsets that were unbelievable, you will not be disappointed. I can't say enough nice things and look forward to going back.

Comfortable and stylish

We absolutely loved the trip. The location is great - fantastic view, stylish and comfortable decor, great location and lots of amenities. Everything worked, there are lots of games for entertainment, and it’s great to have the smart TVs. Kevin is fantastic and easy to reach. We can’t wait to come back!
