    Great property

    The property was fantastic. It was bigger than the photos looked to be on the listing which was a nice plus. My kids and I enjoyed our stay.

    Cute little condo in a great location! Perfect size for my husband and me. We will definitely be back next year.

    Frustrating

    Place was clean, albeit a bit musty. We thought the TV would be cable, like the other places we've stayed. It was strictly streaming.Wish it would have been listed as such - we wouldn't have rented it. Contacted the agent, which resulted in nothing being done. With the inclement weather, which coming to OC for 30 plus years we're used to, AND no TV , we left after 3 days.Also- mattress sinks on one side. Tried rotating it- nothing. Problem with frame?Stove hood needs bulbs. We moved one of the bedroom lamps to make it less dreary. When we got home, even though we had washed everything,it all had to be rewashed because of the musty smell .

    Nice place

    Overall we really liked the place. It’s fairly small but it was just my wife and I so it was perfect for us. Nice view of the ocean between the apartments across the street.

    Great location

    New updates to property this year. Kitchen updated and twin size bed added with a pull out twin under it. We love this location with young kids.

    Clean and close to the beach!

    Best place to stay in Ocean City. It was absolutely perfect for my family of 4! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious!

    Great location

    We loved our stay here. We have 2 little ones and the location was perfect. It was such a short walk to the beach. Much appreciated with having kids and hauling all the stuff you need. Updates are very nice! Overall, we really enjoyed this place and are hoping to rent again next year!

    Great Stay!

    Great little place. The online pictures do not do it justice. The upgrades are great! Location is perfect. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. We had a great stay!

    Great location and space

    This property is great and with new furniture . Biggest and really only negative is that the one bed is rock hard and tough to sleep well on. Very close to the beach. Great for young kids. We had an issue where the lights not work in living room and kitchen the first night but they responded quickly and offered a few suggestions. When those didn’t work they had a repairman and electrician out the next afternoon to replace a bad breaker. The unit was clean and seemed well maintained. The deck and included covered parking space were very nice to have. My family had lots of fun here and would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and a more family friendly experience. It was a great stay!

    Nice place

    This place was super nice and clean and perfect for a week vacation of 2. You have a balcony right on the beach basically, in a quiet nice little neighborhood. Very easy check in and check out process and Grace was extremely nice and helpful. Nice new furniture and new flooring as well. The one and single downside of this place was that the bed wasn't that comfy, and that's if I'm truly looking for one. Overall great place and will look to rent again.

    Great place and location!!

    I was surprised when I walked in, the place was partially updated and very nice. The cleaning crew, if there was one, did not do a great job. The toilet was nasty, there was a red solo cup with left over liquid and a lime left on the kitchen sink. The shower most certainly was not cleaned, looks like it was sprayed and rinsed. The bed was very hard. If you have bad knees, beware, the toilet is very low. The family that was above us literally shook the hanging light in the kitchen from the kids running and jumping, plus the noise. Positives!! The location is fantastic and the place was updated/decorated nicely. I love north OC, so balancing the pros and cons, I would definitely rent again. I got used to the hard bed and cleaned before my 4 year old son started exploring the unit. Grace at the realtors office was fantastic!! Nothing worse than dealing with a grumpy mean realtor! Remember, it's the beach and we are renters, not owners, can't have it your way all the time. Hopefully next year I will be able to increase my stars and give it a 5!!

    fantastic ocean side condo!

    Very clean, comfortable property that is actually more updated than the pictures show! Living room has been completely updated with new flooring and furniture! Bed is comfy and bathroom clean! Great location in North OC/ Fenwick area and only a very short walk to the beach (less than 1/2 a block)! Will definitely stay here again!

    We had a wonderful time in Ocean city! This condo was great the bed was hard but overall I’m am satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

    Great Beach Location

    Partially updated condo very close to the beach entrance. Comfortable unit aside from the very hard bed. Noise level from the upstairs tenants was unbearable on several days causing me to leave the unit for awhile to get away from it. Hopefully they were just renters and not owners as I would like to rent the unit again in the future.
