Cute condo close to everything!

Enjoyed our stay at this cute Brian Head condo. Lots of local information provided, short walk to ski resort. Loft/ game room was super cute for the kids. Had everything we needed in the kitchen/ bathrooms. Area was quiet at night and great base to explore southern Utah!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location for us and slept us all comfortably. Just a few minor things I would recommend be adjusted. For a listing that sleeps nine people we expected there to be a water heater that would be able to do more than two warm showers. The cold water in one of the bathrooms sink faucets didn’t work. But it wasn’t a big enough deal to contact management for a short weekend. The cleanliness could use some improvement. There were cobwebs we had to take down with a broom so our daughter would sleep, and the fireplace was not cleaned out so we had to do it in order to have a fire. There was a broken styrofoam box on the deck and just not much attention to detailed cleaning. nothing that would keep us from going back, but hopefully the owners will take this into consideration.

We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy our home more. Since your stay, we have begun working with a new cleaning company to ensure that future guests do not share your experience. We wish you had let us know about your concerns with the lack of hot water and the cold water in one of the bathroom sink faucets. We have not experienced issues with this before but would have been happy to address them during your stay had you let us know. We would love the chance to provide you with a 5-star travel experience, so please let us know if we can do anything to help the next time you book a vacation rental."

Great Stay

The stay and home was nice and cozy. We felt right at home. If we could make a suggestion it could have used a few more towels per bathroom, bigger mixing bowls and a description of the check out directions. The house was wonderful but the parking was much less desirable!!

Chalet Village

2 bedrooms plus loft was enough space for 2 families. Although, the kitchen area and dining is too small and tight. When we arrived, the unit seems clean except for the fridge where there’s left over pasta sauce and pizza and some dirt on the shelves. The 1st bedroom, bed is so uncomfortable even with mattress topper. Both rooms with own bathrooms is very convenient. And this is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but seems common for condominiums in the area. This is a short drive to Giant Steps and will be very challenging to walk to before/after skiing.

Hi Airene, the homeowner would like to share the following: "We appreciate the time you took to leave us a review, and we take all feedback seriously. We are very sorry to hear that the condo did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide as much information as possible on the details of our condo in the listing. We provide square footage as well as multiple pictures so you know what to expect upon arrival. While the kitchen and dining area may be on the smaller side, they are completely functional and as advertised. We purchased this condo in September and went right into the busy ski season. We will be upgrading some of the beds as soon as ski season commences. As far as being on the 3rd floor with no elevator, that is out of our control, but we have made sure to adjust the listing to reflect this. The town of Brian Head provides a shuttle service to all of the ski areas. This shuttle comes almost right up to our condo multiple times a day, saving guests the hassle of driving or walking across the street. We hope you enjoyed your time in Brian Head!"

Great family hang out

Super tidy, cute boho condo! My husband and our 4 kids stayed here for a week. We had many foos ball round robins and enjoyed our time here. Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable to hang out in. Didn’t realize it had three full bathrooms so that was a pleasant surprise and very convenient. Condo is an top floor corner unit and we never heard our neighbors.

Brian Head Condo

Had a great few days staying at this condo in Brian Head. The location was central, yet, quiet and private. It was clean and the layout never had our group of 5 feeling like we were on top of each other. Would definitely recommend this property.
