We enjoyed our time in Brian head; The complex was a bit dated, but the condo was clean., the pool was clean and refreshing with a big beautiful window with a view.Not an actual 3 bedroom; but plenty of sleep spaces for our needs. Nice kitchen and dining layout; felt very homey.. The management was easy to work with and very responsive and helpful when needed.

The place was nice well stocked with everything we needed. It would have been helpful to know it was up 2 floors having bad knees it was hard getting up and down. The host was very helpful and overall it’s a nice place to stay

Scott was a wonderful host. He communicated promptly every time we reached out to him. He was very professional to work with. What we had issues with were the lack of maintenance of the unit. A towel rack was missing/broken in the master bathroom. There was a major cut out of the wall at the foot of the bed of the bunkbed that was patched up with duct tape that wouldn't stay put and looked like something you would expect in a 1 star place. There was paint pealing off of the master bathroom ceiling. Paint chipped off in the living room in the entryway. Dirty, smelly dishes in the dishwasher. Decor was really dark. Dim lighting. Bedding was very clean but we had to make up 4 of the beds which took a long time and was hard since they were bunk beds and hidabeds. I have communicated all of these issue to him and hopefully they will be fixed, but I wouldn't stay in this unit.

Thank you for the review and for the kind words about communication. The wall opening at the bunk beds was a temporary patch after an HOA water leak. The HOA is now completing the proper repair. The towel rack is being replaced immediately — thank you for pointing that out. There should not have been dishes in the dishwasher. Housekeeping missed them. The dishwasher itself is brand new. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention.

Beautiful Staycation

My family and I wanted to get away from the heat for a few days, and Brian Head was the perfect gateway.Stay was comfortable and clean. It was nice to enjoy the pool and sauna.Scott is quick to respond and accommodating.

Great condo for our family! Since we have 7 of us it is hard to find accommodations that are roomy enough but still affordable. This was both! Everyone had a space of their own and we didn't feel cramped for the week. After fun skiing and snowboarding at Brian Head Resort the pool, hot tub, and sauna were a great finish to each day!Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the ski in ski out feature because of a lack of snow. Navajo lift was closed already for the season, but it was literally a 2 min drive to the Giant Steps lodge and lift, so it didn't take away from the trip.Would definitely stay again! Scott was very attentive and available to our needs. Great host!

Great Location

Scott was very responsive and helpful to work with when I had questions. Location was great and the shuttle was very nice. The pool and trash was a little jaunt to get to. The heated garage was great.

Rob was a fantastic guest. There are dumpster in each driveway for trash. If you take the breezeway between building #1 and building #2 the pool is just a minute or so away from building #2. It is in building #1.

Brianhead Bliss

Once again .. an awesome stay at the Copper Chase condominiums- in one of Scott’s rentals. Perfect locations, condo has everything you need and more, perfect for large families and the owner is awesome with communication. We are repeat renters.. and we will be back again next year. Trustworthy owner and accommodating to any needs. Thank you!!

Good location

Things were good at the property. We did get charged for losing a pool bracelet I was too happy about that but it’s fine. Everything else was good.

Raquelle was a wonderful guest. Very sorry about the small charge for the missing pool band but we must purchase a new one as all guests must wear them to access the pool.

SWEET!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The condo location was convenient, close to lifts and the main lodge. It was clean and comfortable for our group. We cooked several meals and were able to do so with ease, as the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room. The parking garage was an extra bonus - safe, secure, and no need to warm up the car. Our only issue is that we didn't stay long enough - two days is not long enough! We will definitely look to extend our stay next time. In short, I highly recommend this property!!!

Old but cozy

The only reason my review is not all 5 star is because the property complex is starting to age. Be prepared for old carpet and paint and Cabinents. But everything was in good working condition and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working during our stay this time. We love the location and layout of the complex. The property manager is really great to communicate with as well. We’ve been coming here for years and always have a great time.

The main reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it is Not a ski-in/ski-out condo as advertised. There is however a free shuttle that will pick you up at the condo (you have to call for pick up) and bring you to the ski resorts. The building is older, a little wear & tear but the condo itself is clean, upgraded and well maintained. We had a couple of small issues while there (heater/fireplace stopped working and smoke detectors had to be replaced) but the owner Scott was quick to respond and get the issues fixed. Great place for families, I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

During the winter Brian Head is home to great skiing/boarding that is perfect for families and groups. There are miles of snowmobile trails and guided snowmobile tours. There is also ice fishing at nearby lakes and many snow tubing hills.
