We had an absolutely lovely and awesome stay at this beautiful property!! Everything we needed was there, it was extremely clean and comfortable and very new! Wonderful Vacation home

This vacation home is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It is well stocked with towels and linens. The beds are comfortable and the back yard area is beautiful and quiet! It is close to beautiful North Rustico Beach, Cavendish, and has many amenities nearby. We will definitely stay there again!

Loved this little duplex

It was great, very clean and had almost everything we needed, no iron. We will definitely stay there again. Mathew was easy to contact and the locals were very helpful on where to eat. Have been going to NR for 7 years and had a great meal at On the Dock. Was a great experience.

Cavendish beach festival

We were very happy with our stay at your home during our weeend away for the festival. The house was very clean and modern and worked out perfectly for our group as it is a short taxi to Cavendish. Thank you for your hospitality

Highly recommend!

My husband and I and teen daughter stayed here and would definitely go back. Its a new built, has everything you would need. The master bedroom was a very good size and had an ensuite bathroom, so essentially my teen daughter had the main bathroom to herself. We loved the location, walking distance to the wharf in North Rustico, bakery, restaurants. And driving distance to everything else. Our family had a great vacation, thank you very much for sharing your place with us! Roxanne and Chris

N Rustico … a little hike to village

The posting described the home perfectly. It is a newer property (less than 2 years old). Ver.y clean, easy to find. Nice neighbors. Nice to have garage, A/C and W/D. It is a 10 minute walk into the village, and no view of harbor… but we knew all that going in. For the price, it is an excellent value. Only real bad part was the beds. Spoke with PM. He is securing new beds this week, so next week I would definitely give this property a 5 star rating!

Great location

This property is well equipped for two-four people. We loved the location as it was central to everything - ten minutes away from Green Gables, ten minutes from beaches, half an hour from Charlottetown. The house had comfortable furniture and was nicely decorated. The host was responsive to all my questions prior to checkin. And I had many of them. When we arrived we saw that the rental had not been freshened up. It was not dirty but we noticed towels on the floor and bed open. This was not the fault of the host, and he responded quickly and by the time we returned from the grocery store everything was all set. The host was super responsive in this situation. . I would stay here again.

Beau petit village, très bien situé. La maison etait parfaite pour 4 personnes. Grand espace commun. 2 salles de bain c'est très pratique. Maison récemment rénovée et très propre. À noter qu'elle est située dans un quartier residentiel et le voisin est très à proximité mais très tranquille. Communication facile avec l'hôte. Très beau séjour et je recommande cet endroit pour y loger. Coup de coeur pour l'ile en général qui est magnifique.
