I am an identical twin sister and live only one street apart from her. We love Broad Ripple. We created a gourmet popcorn company, Just Pop In! in 2003! In 2018, we built a beautiful California modern farmhouse with a wrap around porch and balcony. A gem in Broad Ripple. It hosts our gourmet popcorn company/distribution, beautiful beer, wine and bubble bar, award winning restaurant and gorgeous event space!
I love Indianapolis and am heavily involved with my community!
I love home! I love to nurture my home, but also love to travel! My twin sis and I make an annual trip to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival since 1998. I moved here from Chicago so I have a big place in my heart for the windy city! The furthest I've ever traveled is South Africa!
I am a foodie and love film. My company sponsors film festivals. I am a major music fan spanning from Fleetwood Mac, DePeche Mode, The Grateful Dead to Trombone Shorty, R&B and rap! My favorite artist right now is Ryan Adams! I love going to music festivals as well!
Being a big part of my community, I am knowledgable about what is fun to do in our city!
I can share delicious dining, theaters, music venues, art galleries, museums, trails, sporting events and awesome brewery recommendations and more. I love this town!

My charming home was selected for the 2012 Historic home tour! You’ll love it because it is an original bungalow that Broad Ripple is known for!
It is located in one of the most hip and happening cultural districts of Indianapolis. It is a beautiful neighborhood with award winning independent restaurants, boutique-style shopping, friendly parks, fun nightlife and steps from the Monon Trail. You are only 15 minutes from downtown and the other cool districts in Indy!

My place is an original bungalow/cottage that Broad Ripple is known for. It was completed before the start of World War II and still retains many of its beautiful and original features. When you approach my home, you will see the darling cottage-style home enclosed by mature landscape and cozy front porch surrounded by a white picket fence.

When you enter, you will be greeted by the original Indiana limestone fireplace, original hardwoods, repurposed original kitchen cabinets, sweet dining room, full bathroom with it’s original tile and two great size bedrooms. I have tried to maintain the integrity of the original home; only adding my artistic touch!

I like to call my downstairs a private bed and breakfast! This is a rare treasure in Broad Ripple! The entrance to the space is right off of the kitchen. As you walk down the stairs, you will be comforted with a spacious family room complete with a fireplace and a custom built bar made by yours truly. The large bedroom has brand new carpet, a beautiful hand made wood wall and smart TV. The half bath and laundry room are connected for your convenience. You will have all the amenities you need from a mini refrigerator, bar sink, microwave and coffee maker.

My favorite part of my home is what I call, “The Sanctuary.” You will find the ultimate outdoor courtyard experience right in my private backyard. It is all about relaxation and beauty, groomed with gorgeous and colorful landscape! It has a hand-crafted peaceful water fountain embedded in a stonewall structure, a luxurious fire pit accompanied by 6 comfortable chairs. This space also includes an al fresco outdoor dining space beneath an intricately-built and mindfully-lit pergola. Adjacent, four hanging basket swings are suspended for your ultimate relaxation experience. Its nestled in one of the most charming cultural districts of Indianapolis!
