Great place with good location to beach. Not too fancy but comfortable. Carpet and upholstery needed to be cleaned but really enjoyed bonus great room. It was good times for all.

We loved the short walk to the beach and swimming in the pool. We cooked family dinners every night with views of the ocean while we ate. Everything you need is close by. Cancelled Reservation

Reservation was cancelled at the last minute. Reservation was made well in advance and full payment made. The management company cancelled at the reservation at the last minute, saying that the system should not have allowed me to book, as the dates were supposed to have been blocked!!! Very bad experience!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were return renters of this property. What we enjoyed most about this property was the location. Easy, quick walk to the beach. We feel the house could do with some updates. We did have a few issues such as not enough sheets and a door lock which would not work. We contacted the management company and the issues were resolved. Very prompt and courteous. A big improvement would be having an access code for the door rather than having to pick up and return keys.

The house was clean and the kitchen was small but pretty well equipped. We could not find BarBQue tools. Had a very nice, new gas grill which was not listed in amenities. Appreciated how the house was set back from the street and the privacy.One negative was the fact we had to go to Duck to check in. Originally the checkin was to be in Corolla which would have been much more convenient.we were notified of this several day prior to our arrival. We arrived early but had to fight traffic back to Duck.

We were 6 adults and 5 children and there was more than enough space for all of us without being on top of one another. The home was very clean! Some areas were a bit outdated such as the kitchen and bathrooms but everything was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to make a meal. The management team was professional and courteous. When we arrived, we found some issues with the toilets and bathtub drains but they were quickly rectified after one call! The best thing about this home was the location. It was just a short walk to the beach. Great when you have 5 kids! We were close to stores and seafood markets. I would definitely recommend this property. I would come back again with my family. We all had a great vacation and made lots of wonderful memories!

The house was furnished very nicely and had plenty of space. Was nice to have the choice of using charcoal grill or gas grill. The house had all the amenities needed for everyone ages 3 to 67. The pool area, outdoor shower, and bathroom by the pool made for a very leisurely laid back vacation. Great location for walking to the beach.
