Im sorry you didn’t like the auto light required by the city. We turned it off at your request which made it difficult to see that you left the cover off the pool every night, which we are very clear it needs to be on when the pool is heated

Owners very nice. Smoke alarms went off for no reason. That was weird and no one came out to ensure it wasn't the carbon monoxide. Not sure how long its been since they have been out to the property. We had a broken bed frame. That feel while taking a nap. The back door to the pool has been broke since COVID (they advised us) someone tried to break in. They haven't replaced the door and it doesn't stay shut on it's own. We found a used condom under one of the beds and crumbs in another bed. Remotes don't work, (multiple TV's can't turn off or on at times) and they control the tempertaure for the house. Which isn't as comfy when all the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor heat rises and the temp is set with 100 degree weather outside. Would come back if I didn't have any other choices. They need a better maintenance staff really and that place coudl be great!

We have a full staff there is here to service our clients and take great pride in offering FIVE Star Service to everyone!

We love the quality of the guests we get from VRBO and cater to families. We do not encourage or allow people coming to Vegas to party and think "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas". Our homes are of high quality and luxury in upper-class areas with neighbors that work.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Location ~ Location ~ Location! You can't beat this area. You will find everything you need super close to the house. You have 3 large casinos within 10 minutes and the famous Las Vegas Strip 15 minutes away. Downtown/Fremont Street is a 25-30 drive. You are close to Hoover Dam, the Raider's practice stadium, Lake Make and plenty of parks and local casinos/bars.

We put a lot of time and money into the home to make it a perfect vacation home for families, groups of friends and families as well as those coming to our city for conventions.

It is cleaned professionally after each guest and it's a full deep cleaning each time so you feel like you are staying in a new home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home is close to the Las Vegas Strip, but far enough away where you can have a "normal" sense of living.

It's a great environment for families and those here for work alike. You will not be a disappointment if you stay in this home.
