Great location, house and owners

Beautiful beach and water, We came during preseason, so quiet and a bit cooler, but very nice. Even in preseason, some good restaurants in the area. Would come again!

Perfect home and location!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 adults and 4 year old yellow lab. It was just right for us in terms of size and location on the beach. Very clean, nice decor, comfortable, and overall excellent. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great oceanfront property!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean place and well stocked! They had everything you could think of which came in handy. We loved being able to walk right out onto the ocean and loved having our pups and toddler with us. Everyone had a blast and came home tired!

Another great family vacation! Perfect house and perfect location!

This was our 2nd year here. Beautiful views. Relaxing private beach. Toni and Robert are great to work with. We already booked next year!! Wish this gem could stay hidden!!!

The house includes everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. Very well-appointed kitchen. The views abound from every level of the home. Perfect beach access. The property manager is very responsive and adds homey touches, like fresh flowers, which is lovely.

Lovely place to stay

- The hosts were very attentive to their guests... kept us informed prior to the stay, left us lots of nice extras which we appreciated. Beyond what we have ever had at other vacation rentals. - The site is outstanding. On the seashore (of course) but also very close to the shore. Beautiful views of the ocean from every floor. - Can't wait to go back!!

Had a lovely vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Location can’t be beat. The home was very clean and check in was a breeze. Toni is very communicative and friendly. She checked in on us upon our arrival and prior to check out. We had no specific needs during the week.

Perfect Beach Retreat!

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was simply perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't be better – right on the beach with stunning ocean views from every room. The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even leaving us a welcome bouquet and snacks. Our dog loved the private beach path, and we cherished the peaceful mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise!

Another gorgeous week at a this lovely house!

This was our 3rd year at Balmy Waves! Superb location just steps to the beach! Toni is very responsive and communicative. The property is well cared for and very clean. You have every thing you need at your fingertips. We will be back!

Favorite Spot

This home is beautiful and perfect for our family of four fur baby. It’s clean (I’m very picky about this and this home is great), well appointed, and cozy. For those who care about such things, it’s also decorated with intention, which is very nice. Great place - our 2nd consecutive year there, and was just saying to the family, it should just become our annual thing. Love it!

Great house, amazing beachfront location!

You cannot beat the beachfront location of this house. The condo is ON the beach. There’s a playground right there as well, and tennis courts. One restaurant within walking distance. House was clean and the owner was extremely responsive. Nice touches like snacks, bars of soap, shampoo, etc upon arrival.

Perfect location!!

With the back deck exiting directly onto the beach, this location couldn't be better. Between the views and quick access to the house for snacks or bathroom breaks, it was perfect. The house came with so many extras, including linens, toys, kitchen staples, and little shampoos. Toni was very responsive and the welcome bag was a really nice touch. I can see why this property is already booked up for next summer!

Great place to return to for another week at the beach

Second time we have stayed here-always very clean and supplied with snacks and a surprise bouquet of flowers. Owners very communicative and accessible if needed. Very quick to respond to questions before and during stay. Lovely that two good size bedrooms face the ocean and have lovely decks off each. Outdoor deck on street facing side and screened porch and a deck with seating area-great to enjoy coffee in the morning before taking private path to the beach

Family week

We loved the house and location! It was perfect! My daughter was impressed with the sharp knives! I loved the awesome selection of pans, cutting boards, and baking supplies! Our grandchildren enjoyed the outside hammock swings on the porch. Every bedroom was fully stocked with extra blankets and pillows. It was a very special family vacation which I would highly recommend! In addition, the landlord was extremely attentive! A good time was had by all! We will return😊

Absolutely perfect!

We got exactly what we wanted, a place to decompress and enjoy the ocean views. Literally right on the beach. We had the beach to ourselves. We brought our dog and he loved it. We enjoyed the most beautiful, breathtaking sunrises from the bedroom balcony. Toni provided us with everything that we could possibly need. We arrived to fresh flowers and towels and bedding from a linen service. Everything was clean and the appliances seemed to be brand new. We hope to return again. Rennie and Brian

Dreamy, luxury, beach front home

We’ve been renting in Bethany for over 10 years and think this beach front home was the best place for our family of 5. From the moment we stepped inside and gasped at the ocean view, we were delighted. No detail was overlooked...fresh roses on the deck, sparkling clean, and beautiful decor throughout. Our hosts were so kind and thoughtful—they even provided a basket of hand sanitizer/masks and extra cleaning supplies to make our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed the new grill, bikes, and tons of beach supplies in the perfect location. We would definitely want to stay here again and give our highest recommendation. Thank you!

Our Favorite spot!

This is our second time staying at this location. It is so beautiful and relaxing. We love watching our kids play on the beach, while enjoying our morning coffee on the porch. The beach is literally your backyard! The house is set up to accommodate large families comfortably and is always spotless. We can’t wait to return again soon!
