Wonderful property. Could tell it was very well kept. The house was very clean and checkin/check out was super easy. Close proximity to beach access. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended to others.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful house, one block to the beach without having to cross a street, plenty of room and rooms, so clean, only one block to walk to a beach chic family restaurant with great food. The hosts of this home have thought of everything, accommodating everyone’s beach wishes…, keyless entry, safe neighborhood, beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom for each bedroom, views of the inlet, balconies and tv’s in each room.Our family is grateful and hope to return. Beautiful beach house amazing sunsets

I have been going to Bethany Beach every summer since 1993 so I have stayed in allot of places. I have to say this beach house is the cleanest, most well stocked, convenient, and the most beautiful and up to date rental I’ve ever had the pleasure to rent. It’s close to the beach and Matt’s fish camp is right in the same development. The sunsets from the top deck are amazing. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Long weekend getaway!

Our stay was lovely! The home was very clean and well cared for, the kitchen was completely stocked, there were lots of hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms and all of the decks provided great outdoor spaces for our group! The beach chairs and wagon were a real plus! The owner was extremely easy to work with and very responsive! We highly recommend this place!

Great rental

We had a great time at this rental! Great clear communication between the renter prior to check in. The house is spacious and ideal for a group of our size (9). We loved that we could walk back and forth from the house to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing weekend

The property was gorgeous and well maintained. It was super close to the beach. All the decks were so peaceful. We also enjoyed the spacing of the house. The kids were able to have their own floor which was great.

Comfortable place

This was a great place to stay--we had a relaxing weekend. Lots of room to sit around and read or watch TV. Dining table comfortably fit all of us.

Dad's 80th Birthday

The house was large enough for our family. The kitchen was well appointed. The walls are in need of a fresh coat of paint and it would have been nice to have toilet paper and linens provided. As the house is next to Rt 1, it was loud for some family members at night. All in all, it worked for the weekend and a wonderful time was had by all.

Great time at Bethany Beach!

This property is right next to the beach, each morning I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise just a short walk away and even saw dolphins. The house also has a nice view overlooking the bay which we enjoyed some nice sunsets. Plenty of room and space and it is just a short drive to the boardwalk of Bethany. Matt’s Fish Camp restaurant is literally in the neighborhood and we enjoyed their food especially for how convenient it was to go there!

Great Location and Space

My friends and family loved this location! The location was perfect and so central. We also loved the spaces. It was just the right amount of room for the people we had. We only had a few issues with the whole process of having to provide our own linens and towels, since we are paying a high price to stay there. We also had a few issues with the heat. Some spaces were extremely hot and others were very cool. In terms of cleanliness, the house was very clean except for some dirty spots on the walls and some random holes punched into the walls. We had to empty the dishwasher when we arrived and we thought that that was strange. We had wished that there had been some soap, toilet paper and paper towels provided but we understood that we needed to buy some of those. The house was roomy, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We loved being so close to the beach and to town! It was the perfect weekend getaway and we will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!!

Wonderful place to stay

The house is amazing. Centrally located between Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach. The living room/dining room area is wide open and spacious. It was fun sitting on the back deck grilling and relaxing. The beach is only a couple hundred yards away. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the amount of channels we could watch the football games on. Thank you Amy for everything.

My Mom’s Birthday

Had a great time. The manager allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which was greatly appreciated. The house was very nice, clean and close to the beach. It was wonderful to have the cart and beach chairs. It was a lot of stairs, but we managed. It was loud on the deck with all the road noise and motorcycle traffic all day Sat, but it quieted down on Sunday. Enjoyed our stay.
