The unit was as advertised, clean and equipped when we arrived. Local mgmt was very prompt with all communications and regularly checked in to ensure satisfaction. Great location. And "tenant responsibilities" were reasonable and fair. Key amenities and essentials were provided for easy occupation.

Excellent family time in Florida at a perfect location

We loved our stay at Villa Bella. The pace was very clean, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels and beach towels, and all kitchen and grilling essentials for the family that loves to cook. There is absolutely beautiful and very privet patio area with large dining table and patio chairs. It's a corner Villa and has its own exit to the street which made it easier for us to get the stroller in and out the property. It was the perfect location in a family friendly and very quiet neighborhood, also 10 minutes away from public beach and shops and restaurants. We are hoping to be back at Villa Bella.

Location, location, location: Beach, boating, restaurants, shopping all less than :05 minutes away.Pool was clean and secluded…the couple of times we used it we had it to ourselves. Very clean and plenty of amenities. Recommend staying for families with older kids.

Great stay at Villa Bella

We had a great stay at Villa Bella. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and decor was tasteful and very comfortable. Excellent location on quiet side of Deerfield Beach, only one block to beach. Manager, Tanya was great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Spring stay

We had a great stay. The Vrbo had everything we needed and some, especially for our beach days. The kitchen was fully stocked; pool was perfect and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels and extra linens if need be. We had a beautiful stay and hope to be back next year. No complaints from the family of critics!

A wonderful stay

The property was as described, very comfortable with all the amenities of home and a great location. The beach was a short walk away with a beautiful oceanfront promenade and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood and it was convenient to all stores, gyms and restaurants.The management was super attentive and caring about your happiness and comfort.

The property is quite comfortable with many good taste details. Being inside, you still remain connected to beautiful and tranquil surroundings. It is at walking distance to the beach and close to the Ocean Boulevard that can take you even till Palm Beach in picturesque surroundings.

Very Nice - Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very well kept. Being within walking distance to the beach and many good food options was a huge bonus. It was also nice to have the beach cart, chairs, cooler, mats, towels, etc. available. I would stay here again for sure if ever in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Paradise at the Beach

We just spent 2 glorious weeks at this Oasis by the Sea. This rental is equipped with everything you need for the perfect Beach Holiday. It is beautifully appointed on the quiet end of the Deerfield boardwalk but walkable to town and restaurants and two blocks to the beach.
