Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Surprise Honeymoon Getaway

Planned a 29th birthday getaway for me with a “Marriage Surprise” for our daughter and my elderly mother. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and clean EVERYWHERE! The location was perfect and the private beach was a plus! Loved the tunnel under the road so we didn’t have to worry about traffic. The grounds were gorgeous as well. I didn’t expect it to be 2 story and blown away by that and the size as the picture do not serve justice for this beautiful place! The quality and value was superb. Check in was so easy and we arrived early and they prepared our condo early for us too, the office staff is top notch. Location perfect! We will keep this as a “Def Return” top of list find!

Excellent listing

We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside! The location was perfect on the calm side of Panama City. It was easy to walk to the beach and we loved all of the amenities that the resort had to offer. The condo was decorated beautifully and well stocked. We highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

Awesome location!!!

I had such a great time at Sunnyside! The location could not have been better. The beach is private and quiet but a short drive to Pier Park or Seaside for great restaurants and shopping. The tunnel is definitely a plus... no need to worry about the kids crossing the road during busy times of day! The condo was beautiful and everything is just as the pictures show... very up to date decor with a beachy vibe. The grounds provide an endless array of activities for all ages. Playground, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, corn hole, pool.... there’s something for everyone!! Kara was such a pleasure to work with! If there was anything we needed she was right there to answer and questions and help. I typically do not write reviews but this is overall one of the best vacation spots I have ever visited so I had to share my experience!! Will definitely return in the future!!
