This spacious two-story home is a companion to Grand Tortuga Crush. It offers an abundance of gorgeous natural lighting, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a whimsical outdoor space complete with a gas grill and fountain. Whether you book it by itself or alongside Grand Tortuga Crush, you'll have all the space and comforts your Panama City Beach vacation could want. The jetted tub is the perfect way to relax after some one-on-one games at the shared tennis and basketball courts. Catching up with old friends has never been better than while grilling up some great fresh seafood out on the back patio. This amazing property also has an outdoor shower to clean up after the beach!

What's nearby:
Just to the east, you'll find all of the action and events of Pier Park, plus lots of shopping and dining, the Panama City Beach Pier, Wonderworks, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Spend the day racing each other down the waterslides at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. To the west, stroll through Rosemary Beach or explore the architecture of 16 distinct beach towns on 30A. Grab lunch from the Airstream food trucks in Seaside and see where the Truman Show was filmed. Of course, you could always stay inside the gates of Carillon and enjoy Beach walk Café.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with Sand Dollar One as well as provide verification of identity which includes a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license. Must be 25yrs or older to rent; we have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25yrs. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. 2 car parking- which is $40 per car pass.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pristine Community and Beach, Perfect Weather, Perfect Rental for our needs (miss our corgi: Pippa). Five days flew by so fast! Great space and location

Great layout and clean. Loved the location and seating area on back patio. Very short walk for pizza restaurant and beach cafe. Kitchen was adequately stocked - no condiments or spices of any kind so plan accordingly and oven was a little cantankerous. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Place

This was exactly what we needed for our stay. It shows like the bathrooms are in each bedroom but they are not. Neither room has its own bathroom but ot works. Overall very happy and would stay there again

Perfect Hidden Secret

Carillon Beach is such a hidden secret and that’s what we love! The property was just what we needed however just note that while both bedrooms are upstairs there’s only one bathroom upstairs. The other full bath is downstairs. Of course everything worked out but that was a bit surprising. We’d definitely come back. Great location to the pool/beach access.

Just ok

Carillon beach is amazing. This property was dull and limiting as compared to other properties on premises. Would not rent again. Just no real value for the price except it is on Carillon’s property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was adequate. We would’ve preferred a property that had the bathrooms in the bedrooms and on the same floor. The appliances were sort of miniature. Small refrigerator small stove, small oven. But we made that work. It was very clean. The price was good.
