Loved this Loft with Rooftop Deck!!!

We loved this apartment! The openness loft feel was very cool, decor was very nice and modern. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are updated very nicely and very well equipped. The rooftop deck was spacious and we really enjoyed the sunset and hanging out up there. It was close to everything, we walked to some great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow!

This is a wonderful place to stay! We loved everything about it. Our favorite spot was on the rooftop patio. We watched the sunset every night up there. I definitely recommend. Next time we come to town to visit our son and daughter in law, I will check first if this place is available. Hosts were very easy to work with and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you!

Great spot to hang

Loved this place! The rooftop was SUPURB and the highlight of our stay, it was great to eat dinner at sunset. The coffee provided was also exceptional. Location and communication was great! The only downside was since it was right downtown and we stayed on the weekend, a couple of fights broke out by the bedroom windows in the middle of the night - so bring some sleeping pills. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Train woke us up without noise from the clubs woke us up noise all through the night then we had a

Overall we loved the place nice maybe could be a little more cleaner dishes noise very loud noise train club noise then they want to complain about us make it a little noise which was nowhere near the noise we heard through the night and waking us up in the morning it is near a club it's very noisy band in the morning drums thought we were being blown up I think that they should note it more better than what they do to let people know the type of noise they will deal with and also should not be complained about noise when there's tons of noise through the night and that thank you have a great day oh of course let us know where everything is there's no broom no mop for any cleaning senses no dish rag two wipe down anything very hard to find the location we had to walk to find the location it said 116 when the apartment number wasn't given to us so we wouldn't have known as there was someone outside the door that is all thank you for your time hope my experience you better the next time

I appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately we are not able to help train noise or the noise of the town you expect to run into while staying in the middle of downtown. That is why it is described in the listing ahead of time, and it would seem one would suspect to encounter outside noise when staying in the middle of downtown. We also did / do provide white noise / fans and earplug to combat that noise. The full address, including the Suite # is sent in the full check in instructions - I am not sure what the confusion would have been. While we cannot help noise that is created outside of the home, you can help the noise created in the home. In the rules that you agreed to when you booked, we do not allow parties or events. You all blasted music until 1 or 2 in the morning, disrupting other guests and tenants. The second night it was so loud that you couldn't even hear me knocking on the door for 10 minutes. when I had to come by to tell you to quiet down. We also provide several dish rags in one of the drawers, along with antibiodic wipes to clean anything you would like. If anyone hosts you all in the future, I hope they have a better experience than we and the neighbors had.

This place is great to Celebrate

Stylish condo that includes everything you need. We celebrated the New Year here, which is a fantastic location, close to all the action. The property manager was very respectful & responsive. Our whole party had a wonderful time!

Found a Pearl in JC

Our family had a wonderful stay. The property is stunning! We really enjoyed the rooftop. The owner is very courteous and answered all my messages. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Place but too Loud

The check in process was very easy as good instructions were provided in advance. The property looks as advertised. Nicely furnished and decorated. Our probably was the location and the noise from the location. We were a family with a toddler visiting elderly family in the area. We needed this place primarily as a place to rest and sleep at night. The unit is located above a very loud bar/pool hall. The music and noise was so loud in the front room that we couldn’t use it. This goes on until the place closes around 2:30am. Then the crowd exits and more commotion/ fights linger outside on the side walk. The listing fails to mention this nor does the owner provide ear plugs to help. We did not get much sleep here. It’s a nice looking place, but better for people who want to be up later or are not bothered by loud noise while sleeping. We will not be staying here again and I would not qualify it as family friendly if traveling with young kids.

Beautiful apartment!

What a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is large, unique and has everything you need to have a wonderful time in Johnson city. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

This is a beautiful property on the inside. However, saying it sleeps 12 is a bit misleading.

We enjoyed our stay at the loft. It was decorated beautifully. However, it says it sleeps 12 and we did not realize that was including someone sleeping on an air mattress. I would suggest saying 10 because 10 could stay comfortably, not 12. Also, it would have been good to know the bar is directly outside the downstairs window as it was very loud and very hard to sleep. Ear plugs would have been a nice touch.

Love the loft!!!

This is our second stay here in the past few weeks! We enjoyed our stay for a ladies night out the first time so much that we had to bring the rest of our family back!!! We were able to eat on the rooftop and make tons of special memories with my daughter who’s heading to college! Your loft will always hold a special place in our heart and we plan on coming back to make even more memories!!! Thank you for sharing your place with us🥰!!!
