Watch the sun rise and set over rolling pastureland from your covered patio. Hillside Hideaway is a single-level, pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps up to 7, with easy entry from the carport (just a small threshold), just 5 minutes from Boone Lake and the grocery store and central to everything in the Tri-Cities. There's lots of outdoor space to explore, and the quiet street is perfect for walks.

Guests love how comfortable the furniture and mattresses are. Make yourself at home:
• 2 king beds and 2 twin beds with comfortable mattresses and luxury linens
• Well-equipped, fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and complimentary coffee
• Dining table seats 4, with leaves to expand it to seat 6
• Living room with 70" smart TV, leather sectional and fireplace
• TVs in every bedroom
• 2 full baths with walk-in showers, hair dryers and fresh, fluffy towels
• Washer and dryer, WiFi, AC and a dedicated workspace

We had a wonderful month-long stay. Beautiful house, lovely setting, perfect location. Our dog loved it too. The bed was super comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. The best-equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental property. Even had an Instant Pot! Would definitely stay here again. Charo and Mike were awesome hosts!

This was a great house for our stay. It was very close to the wedding venue we were attending. It was clean and had great linens. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the farm next door.

Perfect quiet house and neighborhood!

We stayed here one night ahead of staying with family, and it was lovely! The neighborhood is quiet and the house is spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood feels safe, and you’re right off the main road with everything you could need! Would absolutely stay again.

The Hillside Hideaway was exactly what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and a safe environment for our nine-year old pup Lucy. We stayed four nights during a mild weather period, and we made the most of the trails and parks in the area. My husband and I are in our seventies -- we live an hour way from Johnson City and we enjoy mini-vacations that don't require long-distance travel. This spot was perfect for us!

We had an incredible stay! Our host provided all of the necessary information before our arrival and had even more information at the house. We were able to enjoy our family and the area without worrying about issues with the home. The kitchen was perfect and well supplied for our Thanksgiving meal.

Feels like home

Our stay was great. The home is extremely clean and decorated so nicely. It also has everything you need for your stay. And the view was amazing. It’s close to town but you have a country view. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Johnson City.

The host was very accommodating and very responsive. The house is immaculate and provides everything that we needed for a very enjoyable long weeekend visit with our son and his fiancée. The home is located near everything needed but far enough away to have complete peace and quiet. We even enjoyed the snow!!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and thoughtfully appointed. It’s tastefully decorated without all the clutter on table tops and counters that are often in rental homes that prevent you from full use. Beds were great. Directions were clear. Home is located conveniently near everything. We have already booked it for December and can’t wait to return!
