Cute little place

It’s a cute little mother in law suite with a private access and backyard. The owners were nice. Pretty landscaping in the patio area. We would stay here again.

Great little place, great accommodating host. Clean and very close to Lauderdale By the Sea. We used it as a stop over until our monthly rental house became available.

It was very safe and very quiet. Shopping experience was excellent. Plenty of dining options in vicinity. Transportation very good and close to the beach and many other convience stores. Parking allocated for guests and close to private entry to guesthouse. The guest house owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Anton and Bernise that you made our stay very special! Perfect for us!

This was a perfect property for us! Clean, well equipped and deceptively spacious. We were supremely comfortable here. Our host Anton was friendly and made some great suggestions for us, we especially enjoyed the water taxi and would never have found without his recommendation. We would stay here again in a a heartbeat and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay. We had All the conveniences of home. Full kitchen, living room and private bedroom with entrance to pool and covered gazebo. Don’t need to worry about beach supples. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach is available for you to use. Beach is only 15 min away. Will definitely stay here again.

What an awesome vacay

The property looked exactly like it did on the website. Complete privacy. The private pool was wonderful. The neighbor Lucille was very helpful while the actual home owners were away. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Anton n Bernice.

Great place- close to so much!

Apartment was cozy and the bed was comfy! Shower was hot and water pressure was fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to many restaurants , the beach and shopping. There were so many added amenities like coffee, cold waters when we arrived, beach chairs , beach towels and access to the house pool with a great little patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and do yoga and start your day! Owners were kind and responsive and overall it was just a nice vacation spot! Thanks for hosting :)

Great Little Getaway with the Pups!

We truly loved our stay here at this wonderful (and quite spacious) guest suite! There was a nice kitchen area in the living room, lots of brochures for places that deliver food to the house, a great bathroom down the hall, and a wonderful bedroom that had a door leading to the backyard! We had our two dogs with us and the yard was perfect for them to run around and play! We loved the pool and the patio area next to it…we spent a decent amount of time there in the evenings of our stay. The host was so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We will definitely return!

Great experience!

My wife and I stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. We were extremely impressed all around from the responsiveness of the owners to how clean the BnB was. We knew it was a good sign when we could smell how clean the sheets and bedding were. Shortly after we arrived we met the owners, Anton and Bernise (and their two cute small dogs), and they made us feel comfortable and provided recommendations for popular attractions and things to do. I can’t say enough good things about our experience, we surely look forward to staying here again.

It was just my wife and I and for the most part it was just the two home owners but there is a common wall and door and you can very easily hear talking/coughing/etc. the pool was great except for the constant pool vac that was in the pool. The owners dogs barking was a bit annoying also. The pool was beautiful and it was great to have everything we needed for the pool and beach.

Cozy Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. This lodging is essentially a Mother-in-law suite, so there is a shared wall with the owners. We knew this ahead of time, so it was not an issue for us. The owners do have a small dog, and we did hear a bark every now and then, but it was short lived, and never at night or early in the morning. We did have access to the pool while we were there, and we had it to ourselves. The back yard is lovely and the pool area is very relaxing. The bed is super comfortable, as is the living room furniture. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the apartment, when we did, it was very nice. Anton (the owner) was very quick to reply when we had a question about anything, and he and his wife gave us some suggestions on restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay again!

Never again, horrible!

Nice host & hostess. The kitchen was filthy, old food in dirty refrigerator,smelly potatoes and carrots in pantry, open food left in fridge. Moved tea kettle, hot plate dirty, crumbs all over kitchen counter, even on the info papers. Coffee kerig only made half cup, dishwasher not working. Toilet dirty. No garbage liners to be found in kitchen. Will send pictures.

Nice, but this is not a guest house

The property is very nice and clean, but like the other reviews mention, this is absolutely not a "guest house". When we pulled in to the house, we parked next to 4 other vehicles on the driveway. The vrbo itself is a portion of the house that they remodeled into a an isolated unit which is very nice. But you are still completely attached to the house where the owner is staying. For us, it was very weird to be staying there while still being able to very clearly hear the owners family next door. Similarly, the pool area and backyard are very nice, but there are large windows from the house that face directly on the pool so we were also a little uncomfortable that we may be being observed. All in all, it is very nice. If you have no issues with what I listed above, I would highly recommend this property. Anton was very responsive and the checkin/checkout process was very straight forward

Perfect place for our visit to Fort Lauderdale!

Thank you Antón & Bernie’s! This was the perfect place for us for our visit to Fort Lauderdale! The hosts were both amazing and were very responsive to a few needs that we had during our stay. The accommodations were fantastic. The bed was great. The overall space was clean and comfortable. The patio was cozy and inviting, the pool was sparkling, and the outside is immaculately kept up and parking was perfect. This was our first time staying in a space that is in someone’s home and hearing the everyday household noises of the hosts through the walls was new for us. We did hear their super cute little dogs barking a few times, and we could hear some conversation at times. We will definitely stay again if we visit Fort Lauderdale in the future!

What a great place to stay!

Located in a quiet safe neighborhood. Easy to find and close to everywhere you want to be. The home and amenities were perfect. The place looks brand new. Our host was so friendly. The back yard patio was beautiful.
