christmas stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: nice, mostly...only problem was the Wifi, could not work on a regular basis,,,and the TV was affected, also...fix it and become very satisfactory.

The condo was clean and a good size for a family of 4 with two large teens. There were adequate dishes and cookware. Bedding was not obvious, but we eventually found everything. In order to get the wifi code and parking pass, one has to check in at another location downtown. I totally missed that in our planning so we were pretty confused for awhile. Posting the wifi password inside the unit would have made everything easier as cell reception was spotty. Hosts were not quick to respond, but it was a holiday wknd. Towels for the hot tub were also not obvious-we just used the shower ones. Clubhouse was great as were pool/hot tub. Having the clubhouse close at 9 seemed early. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Two very long blocks to main. We should have shuttled. The bus stop was super close and easy.

5 day ski trip

Loved the place. Great for a small group of people. Bigger in person than it appears in the pictures. Only complaint would be that the pull down bed was quite firm and not the best for taller people. Couch turns into a nice bed though, so we just used that instead.

Great little place in Breckenridge.

Place was perfect for our ski trip. Condo had everything we needed during our stay. It was only a short bus ride to downtown Breckenridge.

Great place to stay!

The condo looked just as advertised and was easy to find. So thankful for reserved covered parking during the two feet of snow that fell while we were there! The place was big enough for four of us to sleep comfortably and the shuttle was literally steps from the door! Would stay again!

Fantastic, Quiet Condo close to Everything

This was the perfect, cozy place to stay near Breckenridge. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Close to everything but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The covered parking is a really nice bonus!

Friends Trip to Breckenridge

We loved the stay. The place fit 4 comfortably with all of the sleeping arrangements. The bus stop was close and convenient. The walk in to town was close too on the warmer days. Only complaint was that the hot tub/pool was under construction still as of 2/28

Only complaint is the comfort of the platform bed in the living room nook. The owners really should place a sheet of plywood or something solid between the 2X4's and the mattress. For anyone other than a small child, the 2X4's make it very uncomfortable.

Great stay!

Great location, great space. Nice interior. Comfortable. Clean. The pool is super deep (4 to 12 ft--less than 12 inches of space until it is 5ft+) and not great for little kids. The property was nice and very convenient.

Perfect 40-Moon Spot

My parent recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. As a gift, my sister and I sent them right back to the exact same condo they honeymooned at 40 years ago. The property owner/manager was fantastic to interact with and always quick to respond. My parents really enjoyed themselves and the updated room. Highly recommend as a weekend getaway. Thanks!
