Absolutely loved my stay at this property. The balcony view was amazing and the entire condo was clean and cozy. The host communicated well and were friendly. I 10/10 recommend this property! We visit Breck often and I would definitely book again!

Very clean, great communications with the owners, mountain views are tough because of all the trees but the balcony view with the stream visual & sound was wonderful! 4 people would be too tight but for a couple it was wonderful. Just above and close to mid-town was great location also.

Comfortable creekside condo close to Main Street. Hosts were good with communication, kitchen is extremely well stocked for anything you might want to cook yourself while staying, nice and clean, well stocked for all needs while visiting. The balcony is an absolutely gorgeous spot to enjoy morning coffee listening to the running water. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect spot for my girlfriend and I to visit Colorado. We wanted to see what it would feel like to be out there in the summers and we stayed in a spot that felt like home. Loved the patio, amenities and location. Couldn’t beat it for the price. Amazing communication between us and the host. 10/10 and will stay here again.

As part of my yearly summer adventure to Breck, this home was one of the best I've stayed. Not only is the space super clean and fill of luxury, but the hosts are the most! I had some issues with the TV for the first several days, but Tammy was on the phone with me and texting and eventually drove hours to remedy the situation.I have stayed in this building before, but being in the end unit on the top floor was perfect. The hot tub seemed to be available only to me though there were many other guests. The views are great and an easy two block walk to downtown and the Riverwalk Center. Top of the line cookware and plates and more!I want to book far ahead in the future to return here!!

Great location. Easy to walk into town to enjoy restaurants and shops. Easy to get to slopes. Bus or walk to Village/Peak 9, bus to Peaks 7 & 8, walk to Snowflake lift. The condo is neat and clean and has all of the needed amenities including comfy beds.

Clean and cozy! Within walking distance to Breck’s amazing shops, restaurants and bars. Close proximity to a number of nature’s most scenic hiking trails. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Place

Immaculately clean, very well stocked kitchen, top of the line appliances and furnishings. Creek filtered out what little noise there was in the area. Will stay here again.

Couples ski weekend

Great place for a couple wanting to ski-in, ski-out and be able to walk to downtown. Enough space to spread out with the cozy living room and kitchen area. We would come back!

Perfect for two

This was a cozy apartment with a well-appointed kitchen and a pretty view. It’s an easy walk to Main St. The host was very responsive. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Condo in Breckenridge

The condo was just as nice as shown in the pictures. Great place for a couple whether you want to sit on patio and just enjoy the stream nearby or take an easy walk to downtown. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Highly recommend.
