魅力的な町のナイアガラ川のすぐ横にある、素晴らしい美しいコテージ。 この家は、所有者と建築者によって個人的に設計された、愛情と配慮をもって2015年にのみ建てられました。 この地域にはこの家のようなものはありません！ 美しいセラミックの床があなたを驚かせないなら、ゴージャスな細部はそうなります。 幼児用マットレスを備えた快適なクイーンサイズのベッドで寝ます。 有名なゲートウェイハーバーシーズンとキャナルフェストの豪華な場所に泊まろう！

これは大きな角地にあるコテージです。 水の景色は正面の窓やドアからすぐに見ることができ、それがあれば徒歩3分です。 別のユニットと共有される大きな半円形の私道があります（家は完全に分離されています）。 ここに2台の車を簡単に取り付けることができます。 11月から4月まで夜間の路上駐車はありません。

Great location for everything in the Buffalo/Niagara falls area. Wonderful waterfront trail a block away to walk as far as you want. Easy to get to and off street parking right in front of the door. Great and fast communication.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend near Niagara Falls. Near the river and parks/walking/biking trails. Great ice cream place a few blocks away and enjoyed the sunset over the water. Clean, easy, and convenient. Owner was very responsive. Perfect for a couple. Would stay there again.

Location: steps away from Niawanda Park on the Niagara River is a real plus. Never a dull moment on this park. Walkway all the way to the NYState Barge Canal. Very near all the services you need, including really good restaurants from grill food to fine dining. Short drive to the Falls. Excellent host.

Great location easy access!

Lovely location near the river, fun food venues, grocery and multiple attractions. It was “as listed’ and we were well pleased with everything.

Kitchen lacks utensils and pots /lids to cook a meal.There is not a comfortable chair in the cottage. We had to use a folding chair. Uncomfortable! The couch is segmented with metal bars sticking you in the back if you try to lay down on it. Best thing is the location. For a short stay it is tolerable.

Thank you for staying with us again and for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location. We were surprised by some of your comments, as this was your second stay with us. For future guests, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with pots, pans, many cooking and eating utensils, and other cookware stored throughout the lower and upper cabinets in the large kitchen. We are always happy to help guests locate anything during their stay. The living room includes a sofa and additional high-quality folding chairs that are provided as extra seating when needed. We also found that the very large and plush back sofa cushions had been removed and placed aside during your stay, which likely affected the comfort and support of the couch. We have always received excellent feedback regarding this couch as you can lean back easily on it. We appreciate all guest feedback and continually work to provide a comfortable and well-equipped experience for our visitors.

Perfect to visit with our Tonawanda family!

We came into town for a family event and this house was a perfect home base! Nice quiet neighborhood but with the river walk and several restaurants just a few steps away. Everything was as shown in the listing, the bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Easy, lovely

We had a lovely few days out of the city - wanted to see Niagara Falls, enjoyed a couple of really nice eateries in Tonawanda. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable and well appointed. Easy on, easy off, and pleasant walks by the nearby river.

Great place to stay

The house was just as listed. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Place was clean and in a great location. Walk across street to park and the Niagara River. Close restaurants. Hostess was attentive and very helpful! Would recommend staying here and plan to stay again in the future.

Birthday Vacation!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week for my birthday and really enjoyed our stay! Did lots of sight seeing and visited Niagara Falls (MUST SEE!!) I am a huge plant lover and the decoration of the place was awesome! The location is perfect, you can easily walk to the water and places to eat.
