My family and I had a wonderful time at The Ship Inn. The house was lovely, spacious and clean. We loved the nautical theme and eclectic pieces of art. Our host was lovely and answered all our questions promptly. I would recommend this place for a getaway for anyone looking to stay somewhere quiet and cosy.

The property is located close to shops and a short walk to the sea. Rooms are a good size and the kitchen gas all you need. In particular, our hosts were very responsive to all our needs. The property is great value for money and highly recommended.

Very happy with the accommodation provided for our men as they undertook works nearby.No complaints from anyone and very close to the Jetty for quick access to the job site.The home and yard are all lovely.

Charming and cosy

We had a great time here. The owners were accommodating with late check outs as we have small children. For the price you really cannot ask for more.

Great place to stay

Very clean and tidy. Well organised, clear instructions with the keys. Great location. Exactly like the photos. Responses quickly with messages and very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage

A beautiful little cottage in a wonderful location. Very peaceful gardens and everything provided. Queen beds very comfortable but queen bedrooms are quite squeezy! Loved it and will be back

Good Weekend Away

Lovely historic cottage lovingly renovated by Jutta and Nigel. Quiet location. Easy walk to the main street. Well equipped house. Lots of extra touches - garden, outside shower, homemade jam and croissants, fresh fruit. Absolute delight. Would recommend and stay again.

Fabulous property, wonderful helpful communcation. Higly recommended

We found The Ship Inn just perfect for our family and grandparents. It's renovated amazingly, in keeping with the style of the house, but modern appliances etc. Jutta's communication and helpfulness was wonderful. Loved that it was walking distance to the jetty, main street and marina. And a short drive to lovely Moonta and coast. We highly recommend it. Hope to be back.

Great location, cosy renovated original house

Immaculately clean, excellent location in town. Everything well thought out to make stay comfortable, great bath/s! Easy to cook dinner as all utensils/ pans in good working order, great kitchen fire place. Close to city playground, pizza shop, pub, short drive to beach. Backyard area with logs to sit on around grass area or outdoor table. We’ll be back

The best!!

Such an amazing place to stay, it has everything you need and more . You only need to bring your food and bag. Such a well set up place for a holiday. The kids loved it. Plenty of games and jigsaws. The fire place in the kitchen really heats the whole house. The fire pit in the backyard was a bonus. We will be back!!

The ideal accommodation in the ideal location. Goodies left for us were an added bonus, which the kids LOVED- Anglers pub a 4 min walk was lovely. Book ahead, a must. Walk into town or beach.Outdoor bathroom a HIT. The swing chair and grassy area a hit for the parents.Big enough backyard we played soccer. Will most definitely be staying again. Jutta is a lovely host and we thoroughly enjoyed trekking from Adelaide Hills to YP and staying in your Ship Inn.
