The perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Memea By The Sea is a stunning 3 bedroom home that has recently undergone a beautiful renovation, making it the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Nestled just 50 metres from the charming main street of Wallaroo, this property boasts a prime location and ample off road parking. With a thoughtful welcome pack awaiting guests upon arrival, you`ll feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the moment you step through the door. Premium quality hotel-grade linen is included for every stay, with all beds made prior to arrival, you can settle in and enjoy your stay from the very first moment.
Welcome to the Memea By The Sea, we hope you have a great stay. Please ensure you follow the below house rules throughout the duration of your stay and upon checkout.
- Firstly, please enjoy your stay and we hope you have a great time.
- Strictly no parties at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and leave it in the same state it was found.
- No smoking inside
- No Pets allowed at the property.
- Exercise care at all times when at the property.
- Please ensure children are supervised.

GENERAL RUBBISH: RED BIN ONLY – 1 Large Bag Allowance
Ensure general rubbish of 1 large bag only per short stay is put in the red bin. Any excess rubbish can be taken to the wallaroo tip at 14 Recycling Circuit, Wallaroo. OR taken home. If the bin is overflowing and we have to order a collection, this cost is past onto the guest.

RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN

All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.

Upon Checkout:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- If the BBQ has been used, please clean it as a courtesy for the next guests.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Airconditioner & Lights.

Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.

Our stay in Wallaroo was very peaceful. Cottage within walking distance of ocean and Marina. The cottage has two fantastic bathrooms. Cottage very spacious with a updated kitchen which is well equipped. Three of us stayed at the cottage and would highly recommend it.

What a credit to the owner of this beautiful house, gorgeously renovated with amazing bathrooms and quality furnishings down to the sheets and quilts. We will be back.

Clean, Fresh and New (But limited air-con)

The property is well maintained, clean with ample parking behind a secure gate and high fencing. We've stayed at other places of similar daily prices, and all supplied linen. Having to lug your own or pay an additional fee to hire linen, is what one expects from dirt cheap accommodation.While the bedrooms all had ceiling fans, which worked well, the ONLY split system in the house was in the lounge room. That's it, only 1 air con unit. We used the main bedroom, which directly connects to the lounge room. Our room got quite warm even with the fan on, so we had to run the air-con all night. I hate to be sleeping in the other bedrooms, without that air-con blast. If sweltering in summer doesn't bother you, then this place is great.

Residents is a newly finished renovation, very spacious, great out door entertaining area, plenty of off street parking, very central to everything we required - walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Fresh, spacious & at home

Communication was easy. Renovations are very tastefully done and the little notes left around help you get to know your home away from home. There is also a lovely array of breakfast foods and snacks which was really appreciated. The house is more spacious than it looks. There is a good size covered verandah out the back with bbq.
