Our family rented this unit because of its close proximity to Disney. It was a 15 minute drive each day to the park. The community is gated for a bit of extra comfort given how busy Kissimmee is. The guy working the desk in the club house was super friendly and welcoming.When we entered the unit we could tell it had been cleaned well. It smelled very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. They give you a starter pack of toiletries which was plenty for our 4 night stay. I do wish that they included a few laundry pods. First house I have rented that didn’t have some.I didn’t give this unit the highest rating for a few reasons. When we all went to bed we realized the fleece blankets they put on the beds weren’t fully dry so all of the beds were wet in the leg area. So we had to dry our blankets in the dryer before sleeping. The beds are ok comfort wise, but the big issue is they are super loud when you move around at night. My wife and I slept on the first floor and we could hear the bed making popping noises every time my wife’s mom moved above us. The walls seem thin so noise travels. The first floor bedroom also stays a lot warmer than the rest of the unit because there is no air return. It’s just vents screwed on the drywall. Luckily they had a table fan so it helped stay cooler. The rest of the house is perfect though. Me being a bit picky on some things shouldn’t deter someone from renting this unit. Overall a very nice place.
