Amazing hosts. Wonderful property. We hope to be back again. I don't recall a better experience. The hosts were attentive and we had everything we needed. The resort pool was amazing. So much to do. Thank you!

The host had Excellent communication. Also, all information about access to home was given a weeks to 3 days before arrival. Which was nice because you didn’t have to worry about it the day of travel. The house was clean and well organized. It was a wonderful stay! We would stay there again!

Townhome was an excellent choice for our vacation. Spacious with all the amenities we could need. Nice to have the use of the coolers and other items that are not easily brought on the trip.

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the work out center. Plenty of parking and we felt very safe. The property manager communicated very well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Property was very comfortable to stay in and well kept. We enjoyed getting to use the pool and the waterpark when we had a little bit of time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with all the amenities of home.

We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and we were so impressed by how impeccably clean and well-appointed Jeannie & Kevin's beautiful place was. They were extremely communicative and available before and during our stay -- and you can tell they care about their guests' experiences. The townhome was cute, family-friendly, comfortable, and so (awesomely) close to the Disney World theme parks. It was easy to get to and from the parks, especially after a long day with tired parents (us) and kids. On our day off from the theme parks, we enjoyed the community pool and water park, as well as food from the Marketplace & Grille, which was really convenient. This is the perfect place for families who want to be close to the action, but also want to have a quiet place to relax. Thank you, Jeannie & Kevin! We hope to come back again soon :)

The townhome was clean and neighborhood was quiet. The only negative was the smell when going outside. Some of the neighbors were negligent in picking up their dog droppings, creating an awful odor. Water park was great for the children.

Our family had a great stay here. High ceiling, 3 bedrooms with 3 baths was a really nice feature, small dunk pool and nice TVs in all rooms. Great home base for a family vacation!!

Family Disney Trip

From the first contact with the hosts it was a pleasure. The info provided was clear and was provided in a timely manner. All aspects of the property were as advertised or better and the proximity to Disney parks was great. The Windsor Hills Club house area was so close and was a great addition to our trip. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property and the hosts with no hesitation. We had a fantastic vacation as a family.

This property is an end unit, which is larger and more private than most townhomes. The pool area backs up to a unique green space that has a walking track and lounge area. This unit was fully renovated in 2018 and meticulously maintained by the management company and the owners.
