The Green Barn is a great place to stay for a ski vacation. The place is very spacious and with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This home is perfect for two people! Everything is comfortable, clean and made for a perfect vacation. The home is on a dirt road off of another dirt road, so it is quiet and private. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at the Green Barn! The home was spotless and very well maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The location was perfect: centrally located and convenient to skiing, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and scenic with beautiful views.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Spot

Darling barn on an absolutely stunning piece of property! Barn was welcoming, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Close to town and hiking trails. Great for families. First time visiting Manchester Center and I will be running back the first chance I get.

Great space near town

The green barn is a great quiet, private space near town. It's clean, well-maintained and as shown in photos. Owners are very thoughtful in amenities and instructions/tips/local magazines provided. Very easy check in and out. Enjoyed our stay!

VT vacation

We had a lovely time exploring the beauty of Manchester from this VERY comfortable couple of rooms above a garage! The rooms were large, very well appointed and quite comfortable. The grounds are amazing, and the views are awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a secluded and peaceful location yet close to downtown Manchester and area activities. We didn’t find the property to be “luxe” though which was fine and note there isn’t a dishwasher if you plan on eating in!

Perfect getaway

Loved our stay at the green barn over a long weekend. Close proximity to local restaurants and shops in town. Only 20min to Bromley. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and heated indoor parking spot made our stay so comfortable! Easy check-in and checkout.

Nice setting, spacious, very clean and comfortable

Located in a cozy setting away from the main road, the apartment is spacious, very well equipped and clean. Highly recommended. It’s about 30 mins from Stratton mountain and few minutes from Manchester town.

Great property south of Manchester

My wife and I couldn't be happier. We need a place in Southern VT as a home base for visiting family and getting to Burlington for the eclipse. This property was perfect. Looks brand new, and is super well maintained. Most comfortable beds I've experienced in a vacation rental. Would definitely do again.

Beautiful setting!

The converted upstairs apartment of a quintessential green barn is surrounded by all sides by picturesque views of the mountains. The setting is private; the host checked in but wasn’t obtrusive; and the field with the Adirondack chairs made our visit! The unit was a little challenging with young kids because it only has a shower, but we made it work for a long weekend.

Pros: Great setting in Equinox valley. Property owners super friendly with great communication. Beds were super comfortable and the unit was clean & spacious. Parking for one car in garage was much appreciated. 5 minute drive into Manchester Center with tons of nice shoos& restaurants Con: For those with mobility issues: about 14 stairs into the unit to navigate & haul up luggage so may not work for everybody.

Hiking getaway!

This property is even better than the listing. The location is fabulous, just a very short drive from downtown Manchester. The apartment is so peaceful and relaxing. The owners have a great eye for detail and it had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked dinner both nights and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We hope to visit again in the Fall! I gave the communication with the owner 5 stars even though we did not need to reach out to them as the apartment had absolutely everything we needed. The little touches make all the difference. A little welcome sheet, a hairdryer, soap, dishsoap, shampoo etc. We loved everything about it!

Beautiful property & views. Very quiet and clean. Perfect for our trip for the Vt. Horse Show, an easy 15 minute drive. Will be back next week! Looking forward to it!!
