Thank you Sarah for your stay, it was a pleasure hosting you and your travel party. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and we hope to serve you again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We're delighted to hear that you and your family had a wonderful stay and found the condo clean, comfortable, and well-suited for your Orlando vacation. It's great to know that the convenient check-in and check-out process made your trip easier, and we're especially happy to hear that the air hockey table was such a hit with the kids! We also love that you enjoyed the natural surroundings and wildlife around the property—those curious ducks certainly know how to make an impression. We're glad you were able to take advantage of the resort amenities, including the pools, lazy river, and water slides, and that the central location made it easy to explore the parks, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Thank you as well for bringing the kitchen island lighting issue to our attention. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure it is addressed. We truly appreciate your recommendation and kind words about Wonder Vacation Homes. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another memorable stay! Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the trouble during check-in—that’s not the welcome we want any of our guests to have. While we’re glad the rest of the stay went smoothly, we understand how frustrating that first impression must have been. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we’re working on improving communication and gate access coordination to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you again for staying with us. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad check-in was smooth and that you found the apartment clean and welcoming. We’re sorry the bed didn’t meet your preferences — comfort is subjective, and while some guests may not prefer it, others have found it comfortable. Towels are provided according to the maximum occupancy, as clearly stated in the rental agreement. This is standard for vacation rentals and differs from hotel service. The towel notice is necessary to inform guests of potential charges for damage, as not everyone is aware. Regarding storage, the photos and agreement accurately reflect what’s included. There are no luggage stands or dressers shown, so expectations should align with what is provided. We must firmly address the false claims about our check-out communication. Our system consistently states a 10:00 AM check-out, and we have no record of any messages suggesting otherwise. Misstating these details is misleading and harmful to our business. We encourage all guests to read messages carefully and reach out if anything is unclear. We’re glad you enjoyed the community amenities like the pool and lazy river. We appreciate your stay and your comments, and we hope future experiences will meet your expectations more fully. Best regards, Wonder Vacation Homes
