Amazing vacation

Thrilled with our stay here! Everything was clean, and the access to the beach across the street was perfect especially for our two little ones!!! Would definitely book again!! Santo & Tina were so heartwarming!!

Family vacation

The apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities needed for the perfect beach vacation. The owners were wonderful and helpful. They messaged me frequently letting me know all the great places in the area to go to and the best restaurants to try. It was a wonderful stay overall.

Santo and Tina were wonderful, so very accommodating! Above and beyond! Just bring your clothing!

The property was amazing! The town, beautiful, and Santos and Tina were great hosts! They made us feel very welcomed and went above and beyond to make us comfortable! We will be back next year!

Great place to stay!

Hosts were kind, accommodating, and easy to get in touch with. Unit was clean. Short walk across the street to private beach with soft white sand. Beautiful backyard area to enjoy, peaceful, private, and quiet.

Cozy!

The location was great, we loved the private beach! On a cloudy day, the Mystic Village is worth the short drive to. If any problems, hosts were quick to respond.

Great!

Stayed for a weekend with my husband and 7 month old daughter and it was great! Comfortable, clean, and great location with the beach across the street. We explored Mystic which is just 15/20 minutes away so it was perfect! Easy to communicate with the owners which made check in and out very simple. Loved the backyard/patio as well! Thanks for a great stay!

Downstairs from loud dogs

The listing failed to mention it was a downstairs apartment. There were 3 very loud dogs barking above and at us all hours including while we were trying to sleep. Messaged owner without response. The next day we to sit outside and use grill and dogs barked at my kids so we were unable to sit outside or use grill. There was congested parking and dog poop in parking lot. Had to find somewhere to walk for dinner as I couldn’t move my car out due to several cars blocking me in. I messaged the owner and they told me it was the people downstairs (which was ME) and when they (actually US) would be checking out. So, this was no help. There was an odd odor and ants in the apartment. A curtain rod fell on me while I was asleep as it was poorly mounted in the wall where there were no studs. There was old food in fridge and freezer I needed to caution my family to avoid. There is a private beach across the street which is the only redeeming quality for this rental. I would not consider renting here again.

Bring your own kayak and bike for more family fun. WELCOME basket, customized for our guests, which includes, fresh fruits, water/soda, snacks, coffee, cookies.
