Beautiful

Great view of the bay. Gulf easy walk across street, beautiful beaches, can walk to restaurants, trolley nearby. The unit itself is very nice. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was beautiful and within walking distance of Bridge Street and all of our favorite places. Communication with Bob was excellent. We were delighted with our choice and will look no further for accommodations the next time we return to AMI.

Summer 2020 Vacation

This vacation property was fabulous! The view was gorgeous on the bay side as well as within steps to the beautiful beach. Bob was great to work with and instant communication when needed. He has provided a great list of the restaurants for us to try out. We will be back!

Great location!

Thanks so much Bob for sharing a slice of your paradise with our family. We really enjoyed our stay at your condo and it had everything we needed. This was a perfect location on the bay, close to the boat ramp and then right across the street from the beach. The condo was very quite and I loved there were just a few condo units in the building. Everything was in walking distance and we enjoyed Bridge St. We will definitely be back!!

Great stay at a wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay here. Bob is very responsive, no major issues. Minor issue fixed within hours. Comfortable stay, newer appliances. Wifi was fast and reliable. Had to laugh when the washer and dryer sings when it's complete. Easy access to the beach an surrounding eateries. Would book again if it's open when we can get away.

Great location, cozy clean condo with lovely bay views

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bradenton Beach at Siesta Sister. Bob was responsive and helpful. We had our beloved doodles along and the small yard on the bay was a big plus. Our family had wonderful evenings on the big sectional and fun days of beach area activities and Siesta Sister is close to everything! Kudos to Bob for his thoughtful attention!

Very convenient!!

Everything about the rental was easy and convenient!! Beach is so close and we either walked to dinner or took the trolley. The only time we took the car was to go grocery shopping. Great view of the bay in the AM then a 2 minute walk to the sunset in the PM! I would definitely recommend! -Kristen

Great place, close to the beach, beautiful bay view

Great property with a beautiful bay view, dock, and easy access to the beach. Walkable to downtown restaurants. Kitchen had most utensils, pans and appliances you would need. Only complaint was that there was no soap, sponges, or trash bags available, which seems basic, especially since they require you to clean things up before checkout.

Relaxing property

Mix of rental and permanent ownership in the building. Neighbors were welcoming. Great view of the bay, short walk to beach. Efficient use of the space in the unit. Needs more hooks for drying suits/towels.

Location was amazing!

Property is perfectly located! You can sit on the patio and enjoy the views of boaters, sealife, wildlife and fish off the back peer or walk one block the other way to the beach! The place is stocked with everything needed. Bedrooms are very spacious! Bob was responsive, and very friendly! Even allowed us to check in early when we arrived:) AMI is beautiful, and the sunsets are a must see! We will be back!

Location, Location, Location

Can't say enough great things about this rental! My family and I had a wonderful vacation. We loved everything about it, from the bay out the back door, to the ocean being just a short walk away, and the added bonus of Bridge street shops and entertainment being within walking distance as well. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back! Bob was fantastic, very attentive with quick responses to all our questions. He does an awesome job!

What a wonderful week!

My brother, sister-in-law, my sister and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Siesta Sister for a week and we have already booked it again for next year. The condo was clean upon arrival and the living/dining area is spacious! The primary bedroom (king) and bath had more than enough room to move around as did the guest bedroom. We wish it would have had full beds instead of twin beds, but it was fine for a week. While the kitchen is tight, it is well equipped with everything you need for some “home-cooked” meals. A small step stool might be helpful for those of us who are quite as tall as others!This condo is right on the bay and the view is gorgeous looking out from the living room. We used the dock every day to chat and just enjoy the views. A two minute walk to the ocean made this condo perfect for us!

Bradenton Beach Condo

Condo has a beautiful bay view from the balcony. You can see the sunrise each morning. Only steps away from the beach, so very convenient. Historic Bridge Street very close, we enjoyed several visits there. We also spent a day on Pine Avenue at the other end of the island. Owner of the property very easy to work with. Condo is on the smaller side, especially kitchen, but really nice. There are two flights of stairs to get in and out of condo. Large trash cans and other storage in the stairwell. Overall nice condo.

Just AWESOME

First time visit to this location. Unfortunately we only had a 5 day stay. Not much time for beaching and exploring. Mr.Bob was super fast in responding to the one and only issue we had. The sunrises from the deck were spectacular as the many boats went by. The condo was super nice and welcoming. We will be coming back to this area and will definitely seek out Mr Bob, considering he has multiple locations available. Since we were there for my wife's birthday and our anniversary, we treated ourselves to Bridge Street Bistro, Highly recommend it for that "SPECIAL" date.

Lovely stay

The apartment has a beautiful view of the intracoastal and was a block from the beach. Location was perfect. If we wanted shopping/restaurants it was an easy walk to Bridge St., but the street the apartment was on was quiet. Furniture was comfortable. Landlord was super easy to work with and very responsive. Our one suggestion would be to inventory and restock the dishes and silverware. I think there were only 5 or 6 spoons, 7 larger plates, and so on. With four of us, we ended up washing up multiple times a day just to have enough to go around at each meal. All in all, a minor inconvenience for an otherwise great stay.

Effortless vacation!

From securing our reservation, to arriving at the condo, to our week-long stay at Siesta Sister - effortless! Communication - always a fast response. Spacious condo - with everything we needed once the groceries were bought. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Restaurants and shopping are just a short walk or trolley ride, which is good because there was a lot of traffic. Loved being on the bay side. Dolphins were a regular sight in the bay, from our deck, and the dock was a nice convenience when we asked our charter boat to pick us up. The sunrises were a gorgeous backdrop to my morning coffee. Everything about our stay at Siesta Sister was effortless. We loved that we could take a short trip north to St Petersburg, or a short trip south to Sarasota. We really enjoyed our stay!
