Channel Breezeでは、1つのベッドルームと、1つの洗濯機と乾燥機を備えたバスルームを1つ提供しています。 マスターベッドルームには、クイーンサイズのベッド、テレビ、バルコニーへのアクセスがあります。 メインリビングエリアには、スナックバーエリアのあるキッチン、ソファーベッドのあるリビングルーム、ウォーターフロントの景色を望む趣のあるダイニングエリアがあります。 このコンドミニアムは最上階のコーナーユニットで、水とミシガン湖の景色を眺めながら光と息に満ちています。

We have stayed at Brezza previously, but this, although the smallest, was also the best unit we have stayed in. We had a fabulous time. The building is only a couple of blocks from everywhere that we love to go in Grand Haven, so it's a perfect location if you love to walk. The layout of the rooms is very good, and the furniture in this particular unit was very comfortable. I'd LOVE to see these places get regular, low tables and chairs, because tall ones are just stupid, and horribly uncomfortable in my opinion, but that is a minor point. The instructions for hooking up to Internet were all very easy. Using the TV with a bit trickier, what with the fact that there were four remote controls, and no instructions for any of the electronic devices, but we got that figured out, too. The deck off the bedroom was great, and being on the corner of the building, it allowed for a larger, and much better view than we ever had in the other units we stayed in. The view from the bedroom through all the wall to wall windows was amazing! The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed. All-in-all, it was a near perfect place to stay. One small issue is being addressed, so that will hopefully be fixed by the time we return, and we do so hope to return in the future. .

Is the location worth it?

You pay for location and view but the decor of the unit felt bland and institutional. We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties in Grand Haven - all of which played off the beach town vibe. This unit was decorated with furniture that had the appearance of coming from the clearance section at Home Goods. A giraffe head print above the bed? The mattress was very uncomfortable and the headboard banged against the wall when anyone moved in bed. Sheets were dry and prickly. I doubt the floor had been washed recently as our bare feet turned black after walking in the unit. The common areas of the condo were equally bland and garbage overflowing in garage bin. Loved being able to walk DT but there are many other DT properties that we will consider for next summer’s visit.

Great Location

Beautiful condo with everything you need.Laundry, well appointed kitchen and balcony to watch boats, fireworks and people. Location was great close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Beach is close by 10-15 minute walk. Had a great time.

Great little place

Girls weekend. Walking distance to downtown shops. Great views of boats coming in and out from balcony. Small but perfect for us w pullout couch.

Wonderful location.

So close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is great to watch the boats go by. Highly recommend.

Location location location

Things looked great and clean but in further looking, it was a bit dusty and crumbs and little things on the floor( saw a blue pill) The bathtub has a major draining problem and low water pressure. The location is absolutely the best. It was a really fun place, we walked everywhere. Outside noise level is high, we wore ear plugs to sleep. We will book it again next year. Grand Haven is a safe town and has lots of places to walk. Bring the boat, great place for boating.

Location, relaxation, view!

This condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need. The location was absolutely perfect! There are a bunch of restaurants (Snug Harbor and Stanz were our favorites), shopping, a big beautiful beach, and everyone was upbeat and friendly. We will definitely go back!

Spectacular view!

Our condo was on the first floor, corner unit, private, and had a fantastic view of the channel emptying into Lake Michigan, the boardwalk and the lighthouse. What a pleasure to look out from our balcony and see the lit catwalk in the evening and early morning. We only had to cross the street to take our lawn chairs to sit on the lawn, people watch, and see boats traveling down the channel. Just a hop skip and jump to downtown. The condo was clean upon arrival and well maintained. The only improvement I would suggest to the property owner would be to invest in a new mattress. Our poor backs when we got up in the morning. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Beach vacation

Our second time at this property. Great location by downtown and the beach. Easy check in, clean on arrival. Love the balcony to watch ships and people. Will be back again!

Great location

We loved staying here. Awesome location and very nice condo. We look forward to staying at this condo again. I do recommend a new bed. It was very uncomfortable, noisy and small. Otherwise everything else was great!!

This place is a dump. The rugs were dirty! The quality of the towels, thin! Like I've never seen before. The kitchen towels had HOLES in them. Nothing provided to clean the dishes. The ad stated Cable TV. Well, there was no code provided to watch the Cable channels. TV set up was complicated. No clear directions on how to use. The outdoor chairs were cheap and uncomfortable. The Sofa bed as terribly uncomfortable. Mattress rolled into the middle. No iron, yet ironing board and empty iron holder. No wine opener. For the money paid, it was disgraceful.

Great location, but poorly maintained

This apartment had a musty smell, like maybe the AC units need to be cleaned, and the porch door was rotten. The shower was a mess. It had other people's hair in it. Great location, but needs maintenance.

Great Location

We love the location - can't be beat. Easy check in and out. We'd strongly recommend the property invest in a new bed as a Queen with no box spring on a simple metal frame led to some very uncomfortable sleeping, and maybe more bath towels in the future as well should be available for use. But we'd stay again - so do not let this deter you. Outside of that, very clean and very enjoyable.
