Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of towels, a basket of toiletries if you forgot something, and WiFi works great. Plenty of parking and nice back yard. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Perfect Stay

House was great, spotless, comfortable furniture/bedding, quiet area, fabulous back yard-easy check in and eaily accessible to restaurants, shops etc. The owners are great! We highly recommend this house, we will be back and are telling our friends, so book now!

We had a lovely time at this property !! It was a friends reunion with 6 of us and we really enjoyed it. The house was great, we really enjoyed the backyard. I highly recommend coffee and breakfast outside. The hammock is the perfect touch, great for laying out and just taking in the sounds of nature. So close to lots of beaches, you can pack up and be on a beach within 20 minutes which is incredible. Definitely recommend this property for your Cape Cod stay.

Great stay!

We had a lovely time and the location was a great home base for exploring Sandwich and many other parts of Cape Cod. Well appointed and clean home, nice back yard, quiet area but close to many things! We would stay here again.

Good location that's close to amenities

The property was great and the pictures matched the house. There were a lot of stores and places to eat close by. We were staying during the winter holidays and got to enjoy driving around viewing the Giants of Sandwich.

great stay at a cute house

I just stayed for 4 nights at the property and it was great! Super cute and clean with a great backyard to relax in. It was close to stores and restaurants which was really convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Sweet Stay in Sandwich

We enjoyed this lovely property! It was easy to get to, spotlessly clean, and with a delightful outdoor area complete with dining table and hammock. Parking was a breeze and there was even extra space for our family to park when they came by for game night. We highly recommend this Cape Cod Getaway.

Our family had a wonderful stay on the proprety. Plenty of space, including the well manicured backyard. It was very hot while we were there but every room had an air conditioner and/or ceiling fan to keep cool. Oue smart tv had lots of different streaming services that the owner had logged into so we didnt have to put any of our info in. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to take nice walks with our 2 year old safely. The house was a close drive to the beach and many of the restaurants which was a huge plus.

Great property for quiet family stay

The property was as pictured with a very cozy enclosed backyard that allows for privacy and relaxation. The yard is perfectly shaded by trees throughout the day so you can be outside any time of day. The kitchen is very clean and functional for meal prep. There are plenty of dishes for everyone. Beds are comfortable and the host installed AC for us when it got hot. No problems communicating with the host - they were very responsive by text and email. I would recommend the property for anyone with small or older children.

Heavenly getaway

We had the best time staying in this sweet, comfortable cottage! My son loved the cornhole in the little backyard space and I loved the hammock. The home was clean and organized and communication with the homeowner was easy and friendly. We were sad to go!

Cape Cod Visit

The property is great. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities. The owners really provide everything you need for a restful vacation. Nice yard. Quiet neighborhood. We had to leave a day early due to the hurricane, but we definitely give this rental a five star rating and would stay there again.

Excellent Experience!

Stayed for a long weekend, while we were visiting family. Was easier and cheaper than renting hotel rooms. The home was very nice, although not central, had a/c available in all the rooms and the hosts truly thought of all the details providing everything you might need.

The information in the book in regards to the TV and WiFi are outdated. There was no information about bedding and dishes (what to do when checking out). The ceiling in the shower area of the bathroom has mold and needs to be repaired.

Can’t wait to book again!

This was the epitome of a home away from home, and more! The health crisis changed our plans from an overseas trip, to something more local. We thought ‘we’ll make the best of it’, but this trip turned into our best yet — this was largely due to the property. The property is literally in the perfect location, minutes from markets, liquor stores, restaurants, beaches, you name it - it never took more than 10 minutes to find what we needed. Yet, it’s still in a private, quiet area. The property was comfortable, clean, and the owners kept it well-stocked with essentials from beach towels to bottle openers. Though there was not much reason to do so, whenever I did reach out for something, I got a response in minutes. Thank you for the hospitality, if you’ll have me again, this will be my go-to location whenever I’m on the Cape. Thank you!

Cape Cod Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this home! The house was perfect for what we were looking for! The pictures matched exactly to what the house looked like and all of the air conditioners worked really well. Seamless checkin and out system. Beautiful and quiet yard and surrounding neighborhood. It was really close to quite a few restaurants and stores as well. Something’s we did not enjoy: the communication with the owners. I understand they need to go through the company for issues but they could have contacted myself to ask the question before assuming we weren’t following the very direct instructions that are listed here, in the email sent, and in the text message I received from Vrbo. 2. Now we know it is summer and that means there are bugs and with the air conditioners in the windows that makes it harder it keep them out of the house but you need to try better.. we found pincher bugs, spiders, moths and other bugs in the bedrooms.

Perfect for us

Exactly as described. Very clean and quant home. No problems. Close to stores/groceries/restaurants. Mid-Cape highway just down the road. Perfect location for lower Cape touring and easy access to mid Cape. Highly recommend.

Great Clean House in Perfect Neighborhood
