Perfect first family vacation spot

This was a perfect location for access to all the Orlando area had to offer and a great place for our first family vacation. The pool was wonderful!

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a few days and it was a great place to stay. Pool was clean, hottub was warm (while I personally would like the hot tub a little warmer- that is just me being picky), house was clean, there was towels to use for the bathroom and pool. I have a 19year old and 2 kids and they all enjoyed their time at this house. Only minimal things I would change about this house but overall great place to stay. 100% recommended!

Private pool was worth everything

The house was very clean and all appliances were working well. Plenty of kitchen gear. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. Only complaint was that the pool lights didn't work. Had a minor issue that was quickly addressed by the owner.

Would Love to Come Back!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything was pretty clean and in orser when we got there. The only issue qe had was that the pool was kinda dirty and aside from the skimmer there was no vaccum to clean it. The main vent also needed a good scrub. Aside from those small infractions, it was a perfect vacation house. Not far from any store or food plave you may need to go and in good proximity to the bigger cities. Hope to come back next year!!!

Nice home

We stayed at the home for a week and it is a beautiful home. The home was clean and well stocked with items you need in the kitchen. There were towels for the pool but a couple more towels in the house would have been nice so we didn’t have to do laundry just for a clean towel. We did have issues with the hot tub but the owner was very responsive. It did take a couple of days to get it fixed but the owner sent us a gift card. I would definitely stay at this house again. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The house was great. Very clean. Had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The only negatives were the twin rooms beds were very uncomfortable. Kids had trouble sleeping. Definitely would be better with both queens or king beds in the master bedrooms. Had some trouble with the hot tub jets not really working and then heat quitting halfway through our trip. Was further away from parks than had hopes, but we learned a short cut off 27 and Legacy park that is far quicker than using hwy 4. Pool was great. Very clean . Nice neighborhood.

Property was super clean and had all the basics, but only starter supplies and you’ll need your own coffee filters, paper towels, etc. Great property for family with young kids, especially with pool and game room. The kids rooms are not suitable for adults or older teenagers as the beds aren’t very comfortable. The two suites for adults were fine. I was not impressed with the management company (Evole), but I ended up communicating with owner who was outstanding and very responsive. Took care of a pool issue super fast.

Good stay but had some issues

Overall the stay was good but there were a few issues. There was a screw floating around the bottom of the hot tub. I had to change a lightbulb in the hallway. The sheets in the Mickey Mouse room were dirty. We had to buy toilet paper because there wasn’t enough and we ran out of trash bags.

Absolutely great

We loved the time we were there. You thought of everything. We brought way too much stuff with us. We had a wonderful time. It’s probably due to operator error but we’re unable to turn on the pool lights on. We found the controls but were unsuccessful to use. We feel the pool water was a little cool. Would like to be able to adjust to our needs. The rooms were very clean. Please thank Judith for that. There was a minor problem in the master en suite. There were ants crawling in the master vanity. For the out of towners it would be nice for a list of things to do in the area besides Disney World and suggested places to eat. The Davenport diner was delicious. We hope to book again next year for a longer period of time.

Pool was suppose to be heated…

We paid to have the pool heated because there was a hot tub as well. I attempted to call and left messages . No one returned my calls . The pool and the hot tub was very cold and I am out the money because no one will return my call. Also the locks are very difficult on the house. You can’t lock the front door from the outside. Pool was very dirty. It may only be 14 miles to Disney but traffic is terrible and takes at least an hour to get there

Wonderful accommodations

The neighborhood was easy to find, felt safe, and was quiet. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were awesome! (We paid for the heating, and it was perfect!) My 7children and fully enjoyed the time we spent at the house. What a wonderful place to make memories!

Short drive to Disney

This property provided a great getaway away from the crowds during our Disney vacation. It was a quick drive to/from the parks each day. We loved the pool, hot tub and game room when we were at the house for some relaxing time. It was also very convenient to get groceries or pick up food. Had everything we needed for our trip! Loved the special Disney themed rooms in the house for the kids!! ❤️

J’ai aimé le processus en ligne. D’avoir une personne dédiée en cas de besoin. La maison est propre et la piscine était très bien. Le seul bémol est le manque d’armoire pour ranger l’épicerie et la cuisine étant un peu petite pour une famille de 6 avec des ados qui cuisinent eux aussi. Très belle vacance je recommande!

Lovely and Relaxing

We had a great time at this property. It was easy to find and near so many restaurants and shopping opportunities. It took us about 45 minutes to get to Universal from the house, which was fine because we preferred to be outside of Orlando. Our son enjoyed the pool and swam every single day. We highly recommend Honey Bee Bee's BBQ- it was delicious.

Nice house in a really good location.

I loved how easy the house was to get to. It wasn't buried deep in a sub division that takes 15 min to navigate. The sliding door to the pool area is a little tough to slide but not a big deal. Good place to stay.
