Best spot in Boerne!

Stayed here for a family getaway. This house is awesome! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, linens, and furniture. Gas and charcoal grills for use with awesome deck with back porch. Had a minor issue that was resolved in less than an hour. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great base for Boerne and beyond

We have stayed at this home two years in a row. It is well laid out, open, well-decorated just as shown in photos. They provide a lot of little niceties - coffee, body wash, laundry detergent... The location is great for adults wanting to hang out or walk to meals and shopping on Main Street. Highly recommend.

Home is beautiful but owners will micromanage your stay... Do Not Recommend

We stayed at this home New Years Eve weekend. This home is so beautiful inside and out. The scenery is breathtaking. Aside from the beauty of this home, renters beware that this home does not give you any privacy. The only bedroom that has privacy is master bedroom, other 3 bedrooms no privacy no blinds at all. The home has windows with no shades of any kind. I read the reviews but didn't think it was that bad til we arrived. Be careful what you do and if you decide to have a few visitors. BEWARE...The owners live next door and do not like anyone in the house. The house is so open that the owners can walk all the way down to the swing and look directly in the house. I got married that weekend and it was a big problem for my bridesmaids to meet there and caravan to venue. The owners were under the impression that everyone was staying there. That was the first problem I had with the owners. The second problem I had with them was on our last night. I had a out of state family member that we invited to dinner. I am from San Antonio and when we cook or bbq we play music. Well, I was messaged that i was over the ppl limit and car limit and the house was not a party house. It clearly was not a party which I explained to the owners. I knew they lived next door after the first issue I had from them. ( I am not dumb) I was then threatened that she would call the cops and remove me ,my husband and my children from the home. REALLY!!! All because of us cooking dinner and playing music outside. The music wasn't even loud, we turned everything off and finished dinner and our of state family left. My family and I were so ready to check out of this place. I have stayed at a different home in boerne before this and we bbq'd and there was no issue what's so ever. I saw the owner when we arrived no smile or anything. If I was living next door I would definitely be friendly cause these are the guests that pay good money to stay in your home. If you want a certain type of renter then it needs to be stated clearly not to go has far as threatening me and my family. I have been staying at vacation homes for over 5 years all over the united states. I have never ever been treated this way. The home is beautiful but the owners hospitality is a negative 10. I DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY...

Great Place❤️

Loved this property. Very clean and quiet even being right off Main Street. Hosts had extra items that we nice to have at the home if needed. close to downtown for walks to shops, breweries, coffee, and walk along the creek.

My wife and extended family stayed here for twelve nights, and found the home very comfortable and accommodating. The location is perfect in relation to many restaurants in the area, and the home is well equipped for most of your needs. We would be happy to return!

Clean, close to downtown Boerne

We stayed at this property to celebrate my birthday and visit family that lives in Boerne. Location is perfect. House is very cute, CLEAN, and has several little touches throughout that make you feel at home. We will definitely book next time we visit Boerne

Wonderful house in Boerne on the River

This was a home that was as advertised! It was lovely--beautiful yard and setting--right on the river and right on Main Street shops and restaurants. Was there with 3 girlfriends--we all loved it. Comfy and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay again!

Beautiful home

Spent almost a week with my family of 6. There was plenty of room. This house is equipped with every amenity you can think of for a comfortable, feels like home stay. The house is beautifully decorated, the property is lovely and the location is great. The beds were comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house near the river

This renovated property was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Plenty of space to visit both inside the house and in the beautiful backyard. Gorgeous views of the river from the swing and arbor. Convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants.

Great River House

We greatly enjoyed our girls weekend at this home. The house and property are beautiful, and location on the river was relaxing. The quick walk into town was convenient and owners were accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend and would return again!

Clean & lovely home

This home is very clean. The furnishings are beautiful. We had everything we needed. We did forget to bring our coffee but that was easy to find in town. The home is located by Cibolo Creek (basically in the back yard) & so close to shopping & dining in town. The road noise was not too bad. The house sits far enough away from major road. Will definitely look forward to coming back here!

Beautiful property in a great location

The home was recently updated. The decor was lovely and comfortable. The fire pit and seating area near the creek was our favorite. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to dining and shops in downtown Boerne. Great stay!

Excellent stay in Boerne!

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Boerne home. The house was clean & comfortable and we really enjoyed the water views. The only complaint was the sheer curtains in the kids rooms that didn’t give our kids much privacy. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location!

This home is completely renovated and looks exactly as pictured. Check in could not be easier. Very clean and well stocked including the kitchen. There is plenty of room to spread out as each room in the home is rather large. Master bath is especially large including the walk in shower. Great for families or just a couple. The back yard is wonderful being right on the creek. Very quiet and peaceful even though close to town. Perfect location for shopping in Boerne as it is within walking distance of everything. Contacted owners a few times before and during our stay and their response was immediate. There are a few minor items that would make the stay even better. 1-Light bulbs were burned out or missing from several lamps or overhead lights. 2-As another reviewer mentioned, the two guest bedrooms have only sheer curtains. While they are very nice, some privacy/light blocking is needed as not everyone is comfortable undressing in front of a window with only sheers and not everyone wants to wake up at dawn with the sun right in your face. 3-Printed instructions should be provided to work the TV in the great room. Despite these minor issues, this is a lovely home and I would absolutely stay here again when in Boerne and highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfection In Boerne!

We stayed at this property for 4 wonderful nights while in Boerne for a wedding. Let me just say, this property was PERFECT. The home was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located, backing up to the Cibolo Creek and within walking distance of the many Boerne shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the chilled wine, snack basket and this gorgeous home filled with amenities! The fire pit in the back yard was waiting with firewood and supplies for s’mores ready to go. There were 3 very comfortable beds with lovely linens. We would stay nowhere else but here on our next trip to Boerne.

Great Rental

My husband & I stay in at least 3-4 VRBO rental homes per year and we have very high standards. I'm pleased to say that this rental met all of our expectations. The pictures displayed on VRBO were accurate and exactly how the property looked. The furniture was comfortable and the house was very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to us. What we really loved is that from the moment you walk in- you felt very welcomed. The owners had a bottle of wine and 2 glasses chilling in the Fridge (really nice touch), there were an assortment of snack bars on the counter (kind bars, etc.) and they supplied you with coffee and filters. Most places we stay in do not do this, not even when we pay almost double the price. What we really loved was the fact that the house had filtered drinking water utilizing a carbon water filter. That's huge for us because we never touch tap water and usually purchase several gallons of water to accommodate us during our stay. We didn't have to do that here. The lake was enchanting and we got to see a couple of cranes up close. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning, again.

Boerne Visit

The property was just as pictured on the VRBO website. The hosts were very responsive, checking in on us from time to time to ask if we had any requests or needs. It is in a great location was perfect for our stay in Boerne.
